This home is magnificent in external and internal features. Apparently well built and manageable on a farm. I love it! Timothy, as always, you did this video with great finesse.
I really love this house. Wish the porch would be wider. Really nicely surprised at all the gorgeous woodwork e.i all the casing (window & door) and the crown. It has all the extra beveling. FANCY 😍 All in needs is a giant tub in the primary and I move in. LoL
The exterior of this house is beautiful. Not a fan that the master is right off the dining room plus too close to the kitchen. The whole master suite is a big let down, from that master closet down to the no tub in the the ensuite. Also there weren't enough cabinets in the kitchen for me....
The sink on the opposite side from the stove… all of these houses look pretty, but I really do not like the space distribution, too many windows or too big or placed in unwelcome locations (giant window next to toilet), too many corridors and doors… something feels off in each of them.
I like some separation between the living space and kitchen. The closets were spectacular. My only complaint is as with so many of them, I didn't see any place for a freezer
I sincerely like the windows extending almost to the floor. I am short and hate not being able to see what is on the ground close by and ENDLESS SKY! THANKS
Thanks for doing these. It really helps to get an idea of what I like and don't like. This one is beautiful on the outside and just awkward all the way around on the inside. Very little storage for vacuums, brooms, and all the other things we normally have in the house. The main bedroom's closet is way too small! Keep up the great work!
Great Curb Appear. Another Home Run. I've added this to my favorites. Beautiful finishes. Perfect size and square footage. Beautiful Master bath and shower. I'm okay without a tub. I sound like a symphony when I get up and walk around. Go get you some Iced Tea and cool off. You're working too hard. Great Tour, Timothy.
Tim: Great Channel, keep up the great work. We toured all the homes at Vanderbilt in NC and they are amazing and worth the drive to see. Question, when we were there they listed/itemized all cost associated with building one of their model homes, therefore are the prices you are quoting just the HOME cost or all cost? Most other "retailers" list home only or home and delivery cost and not "all cost" in other words apple's to apples cost comparison. Vanderbilt appears to be above the rest in that they are a BUILDER, not just a retailer SELLING homes. All cost for clarification means, foundation, septic, well, landscaping and so on versus just home only cost. Keep up the great work, your doing an amazing job on the tours.
Hi Kevin yes they still have it itemized and the price includes some site work like foundation. I don’t think they handle all. But I’m sure would depending on your final price agreement. Some things are still the responsibility of the purchaser. And thank you very much!
I like the option of only having a single story as I do not need the second story. i love the front porch which makes the home very welcoming. I prefer a morning room off of the kitchen for a table and chairs for less formal dining and a formal dining room for more formal special occasions.
Very nice need my master bath garden tub tho, maybe they would add it in for my birthday today, lol.great tour thanks for entertaining while you do the tour.
Fridge to small for family & you could take 2' from the living area to make the porch wider. Im not being hostile, i love your videos & live in a Cavco manufactured home since 2004. Ive learned a few things.
I really like the low windows.👍 I really hate wire racks in closets.🤷🏻♀️😁 Not at all crazy about that tiny Master closet. Wow! Our dog’s house is bigger than that.😂 Now, questions! Do you know how much it would cut the price to NOT have a top story? And, why do they not expand their business to other states? Have they every said?
So far really liking this home those kitchen Windows above the sink I really like but that half wall area in kitchen that is blank I think they need a bank of lower cabinets with counter besides a lot more storage could act as a Buffett counter for gatherings/holidays if I could get that put in I would.would like to see this house as a single wide what would the interior look like what would the outside look like?
I always thought having a big window at the base of the stairs is extremely dangerous (honestly thought it was against building code). There is do doubt the window will get broken and possibly a child hurt very severely, when they come down those stairs a little too fast.
Greetings Tim. Could you recommend a modular home company that works in the Murphy N.C. area. Looking for a 1200 to 1600 square ft. 2 bed 2 bath cottage, chalet type affordable home. Thanks for any help you can provide. Love your program. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for showing us this one. I agree about the exterior - lovely details and symmetry. Beautifully designed on the outside and lovely finishes but oddly designed on inside, not improved by their staging. The living area wastes a lot of space that could have been better used and included a hall closet. I'm not sure what I'd do with it. The air intake is a total kludge and sticks out like an afterthought. The master suite is beautiful but the closet a bit odd. The shower is impressive. I don't miss a bathtub but I'm sure some viewers will. The tile choice in all the bathrooms is a little dated as are the artificial grids in the windows. I wouldn't want grids impeding my views - especially in the rear of the home. The upstairs has fantastic potential, but I'd probably prefer not to have it and have a cathedral ceiling instead if that was an option. Overall, I like the symmetry of this one, but like the interior of the last one you toured more. Thanks for honoring Chance with The Shub. He coined it accidentally and it's his thing now along with the pantry dance. Lol. We have to find a "thing" for you. 😉
Best one ever. Oh wait, I said that another one. Okay, well, I said it on several - lol. Seems like I saw several areas that looked like hollow areas with wasted space, like maybe drawers or something could have been put in. To the left of the sink is a raised portion of the counter space. It had a big cover that reminded me of a swamp cooler cover. Was that an intake for the AC? Seemed like a large area. I saw another one somewhere else too.
I'm glad to finally see a home where the kitchen is not the first thing you see when you walk in the door. Sorry. I know you said you like open floorplans and I know it's the new "thing" these days but I like my kitchen separate and somewhat tucked away so when I'm sweating over the holiday dinner and piling up the dirty dishes on the counter and in the sink, my guests aren't sitting there in my space watching me do it. Call me crazy.
Love the exterior but not a fan of the living space. I personally hate the look of coming straight in to the livingroom with no separation from the entrance.
Puny master closet; and no soaker tub? Why did they do that? I agree, kitchen storage was a let down. One day…it would be nice if they had space in the home for a freezer in the kitchen. And that huge pony wall for the intake for the heating system is awful in the living room. Such a pretty home; such a shame. Accordion doors don’t last long either.
If you can find another distributor in your area you can ask or show them the floor plan and they can build you one. There shouldn't be any problems, good luck to you. 🤗
Love the outside but the kitchen turned me off to the inside... too cut up and need a whole lot more cupboards, large walk in pantry and huge wic in master.
Excellent credit and 20% down. and it makes no difference!Financing is a complete rip off at 6% and up. Or ridiculous step loans.! If you know of a great place to go lmk!
Big RED flag on this home, the huge window at base of stair case. Someone always falls down the stairs ... Will result in one big pain/pane in the glass ...
Geesh those columns between the kitchen and living room are way to thick and that the placement of the main return vent next to the kitchen sink is terrible.
It's laid out terribly.. Maybe it's just the placement of the furniture, the couch is smack in the hallway.. A tiny table and chairs in the corner...Looks odd
The exterior is nice, but there is to much wasted space in this floor plan. You can easily fit another bedroom, a half bath and a small office with this square footage, the floor plan is not done well. Last thing, there is hardly ever a tub in the master bedrooms of Vanderbuilt homes. Peace.
Now that you mentioned it..🤔 I think your right, however it must be a upgrade option .. I 'm sure they will accommodate the buyer wishes for a additional cost.
The exterior of this home is my all-time favorite let me know what you think

I like a foyer when I come into a house with a coat closet.
This home is magnificent in external and internal features. Apparently well built and manageable on a farm. I love it! Timothy, as always, you did this video with great finesse.
Thank you Mike glad you enjoyed it!
I love how the bedroom windows go to the floor.
I really love this house. Wish the porch would be wider. Really nicely surprised at all the gorgeous woodwork e.i all the casing (window & door) and the crown. It has all the extra beveling. FANCY 😍 All in needs is a giant tub in the primary and I move in. LoL
You and Chance are the only two house tours I watch any more. Love you guys.
Thank you Venita!
single story please,i enjoy listening to you tour all those houses there beautiful

@@Makapida totally agree, the designers are doing too much, but not enough of the right format for great layouts....
I like the sink by the kitchen windows
I love this one! You're making it hard for me to narrow down one! ❤️
What a beautiful space. Thank you for sharing.

Beautifully decorated I must say

Homes by Vanderbilt has some good stuff
Home has good feel about it very nice sized bedrooms
wow just wow
❤❤❤love it OMG beautiful
🤣every time I see a shower and tub combo I say shub thanks to Chance!
It's beautiful 😍😍
That is a beautyfull home i love van der bild thank you thimoty that you showed us this amazing home
I’d love to hear what you think about the homes we tour!
Another great choice Tim! Love following you, and will continue to support you by watching!
Thank you Vicky it always appreciated 😊
Love watching these. Would love to see one with lots of bedrooms, I have a family of 8.
I will keep an eye out

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DONNA! Maybe they will 😉
Love the exterior too.
Great job!!
Hi Timothy always you give us great videos so keep up the great work peace out 👸🏽🥰💞😁
Haven't heard that saying-"catty woompus"- in a very long time. Nice house. My whole body goes snap crackle pop. Of course at my age it should.
It just popped out lol

I would get the upstairs finished would have bathroom a movie room and game room!
Can you PLEASE tour some Modern Homes ?
Beautiful home!

Lovely 💯💯
I like this house
Yeah. You can’t steal “shub” from Chance. Or the pantry dance. You do some fun stuff, though, too!
Very nice
Nice home
I like to have a one story, one level LVP flooring throughout the home. Also minus the shower head in the ceiling in the master bathroom.
beautiful home i like home like this
I always thought having a big window at the base of the stairs is extremely dangerous (honestly thought it was against building code).

Wassup Tim? The only thing I would like to do with the home is add a fireplace, then make the upstairs look nice and use it for storage.
Wooww so beautiful.. I hope someday buy the house, We have been rent apartment for 15 years because we couldn’t afford to buy house
Keep working don’t give up... dreams drive action, action brings dreams to life
Very nice home never see a home we’re you could put refrigerator an freezer side by side in kitchen I’m sure it’s possible
I like this home. It has the space l needs. I don't like a dish washer.
Nice exterior. Love the the huge windows, nice layout. Master closet was a disappointment, hopefully that could be altered
I would make the porch a bit wider. It looks lively but chairs etc. get in the way of someone walking by.
I like the 🏠 house

I did fall up some stairs recently might be on to something there 😂🤦♂️
@@TimothyPLivingston Oh no! Please don't make that your thing! We all want you in one piece, not in multi sections like the homes you tour. Lol

Is this home already on a lot and for sale? What state is this in, seemed to missed that info.
Upstairs a home bowling alley
...give the buyer of wire or wooden shelf option since wire ones truly do suck.
New subscriber here. Beautiful home but disappointed no soaking tub in master bath.
What is the price?
Yes shub is Chance's, but he ' d let u say it.
No tub in master bedroom. Like the outside. Like the floor windows if the property was right.
Where do you want it then? The floor or the ceiling
Vanderbuilt homes are real quality homes, but they only service a small area in NC.
If you can find another distributor in your area you can ask or show them the floor plan and they can build you one. There shouldn't be any problems, good luck to you. 🤗
Master closet sucks smaller than secondary closets
Terrible entryway. No entrance, no entry closet, you just walk into the living room. It’s a no for me.
In all the homes I lived it that is the way it is I used to it
Love the outside but the kitchen turned me off to the inside... too cut up and need a whole lot more cupboards, large walk in pantry and huge wic in master.
Do they finance?
Very pretty home, too bad it's tackied up with wire shelves.
Excellent credit and 20% down. and it makes no difference!Financing is a complete rip off at

Don't like the divided wall in Living/Kitchen.
A long with u_til-la- tee room.
It's a nice home, but it's not for me. On to your next video, see later Tim 👋😃
Fair enough see you in the next one
The pantry is to small and there is no freezer space in the laundry room.
Is it me or the bigger the house the smaller the master bedroom and bathroom?????
Sometimes lol I have one coming soon with a whole living room in the master
I don’t like the dining room right next to the front door.
Yeah I figured that’s be the one thing to put a lot of folks off on this house
Big RED flag on this home, the huge window at base of stair case. Someone always falls down the stairs ... Will result in one big pain/pane in the glass ...
If I'm not mistaken, windows that low have to be tempered. So they would be stronger in case of a fall or a child playing at the window.
'Cattywampus' means in disarray and disorder. Is that what you meant to say about the home? Perhaps you mean 'cater-cornered?'
This was disappointing. The outside looked so good, but I find the interior is a bit small, and the master bedroom and closet very disappointing
Geesh those columns between the kitchen and living room are way to thick and that the placement of the main return vent next to the kitchen sink is terrible.
Then put it in the ceiling or floor
It's laid out terribly.. Maybe it's just the placement of the furniture, the couch is smack in the hallway.. A tiny table and chairs in the corner...Looks odd

Yeah very few of the show models had the tub but it is an option in all their plans
Feels a little Choppy not a good flow. Pantry is to Shallow and Wouldn't want my bath linen in with the Toilet Nice home but Not spectacular 😏
I am not a fan of that kitchen, just not set up right.
Just don't do the pantry dance.
To much wasted space and small bedrooms
