Freedom Peach is a Melee veteran and has always required mastery floating to play extremely well with. She has never been removed since Melee, so Brawl, Sm4sh to Ultimate. Samsora is very good, but I wouldn’t say he paved the way in that particular sense. I would say he paved the meta.
She can, alot of her kill moves have quite a bit of start up. Such as fair or side b But you can say that about any character, she doesnt have it quite so bad imo
