Have you ever tried Gianfranco Ferre for Man. My favorite for the Autumn season. Particularly the oldest iteration. Beautiful complex scent and sadly discontinued. It blows my mind how it can smell fresh and energizing and at the same time dark and rich.
It is very much a deep vibrant oldschool pungent italian citrus tobacco herbaceous dark green frag if I remember correctly. Had this for nearly 15 years. It is unique and difficult to describe in words. You have to get your nose on it 👍
@@larrythompkins3319 Agreed definitely should sample first. Kellin from Scents of South Jersey says Acqua Di Parma Colonia on steroids with some Orange Creamsicle vibe. I kinda get that a bit. My skin tends to intensify any tonka, sweet or amber notes so I get that creamsicle a bit. Temperature and humidity seems affect the scent distinctly. The orange sweetness on my skin smells cloying and pungent when too hot and humid. I notice a difference too if I wear it after a cold shower, more crisp, it’s weird. I currently own the oldest version T bottle transparent top and center the latter version is a full black bottle. What I read is they smell a little different more danker and oak moss in the oldest version I would assume but never smelled the latter iteration.
I’ve put the brakes on buying a lot fragrances. When I fall in love with a scent and buy another new bottle it rarely smells the same.Reformulation and inconsistency is discouraging me
Good ones. I need to wear Le Tresium Homme de Caron (spelling?) this fall. It's on my shelf. The Terre d'Hermes Parfum and Eau Intense Vetiver will be there too. And a whole bunch of thicker, spicier frags in my rotation.
Tauer 02 can really stink to some people which noses didn't adapt to it, for me it was the case, it smelled like a chemical used at hairstylist and literally garbage, but when my nose adjusted it took a 180 degree turn, same with Beaufort Coeur de Noir, that even stank worse, maybe the worse thing I've smelled, and then when my nose adjusted it smelled great! :D
@@MrSmelly1977 ,Gravitas is a great one,as is Heritage.I wear both, and, when a bit colder,I enjoy Alain Delon Classique or AD Plus when I can find it.Iquitos is the elusive one,and not cheap, but,if the scent hasn;t turned after so many years,is also intriguing
MrSmelly, not that you asked, buuuut … I have briefly regressed from gentlemanly fragrances to testing Sauvage Eau Forte today. It is aromatic, woodsy, cool spice, lavender, powdery, and a definite departure from the original DNA. I would say definitely masculine and lasted 6 hours on my skin with one spray with projection others nearby could smell. Would recommend for cooler weather and not heat. It gave me a major headache … but it’s a definite no from me.
That Michael Jackson wrestler is the best!
Love him!
Think he makes the other wrasslers drink Jesus Juice..??

I haven’t but I am now keen to try it. Thank you.

Michael Jackson killed it😂
😅
He did!
Roja Danger is my go to for that Heritage dna…
Find it less dusty… Really nice
Thanks. I really must re-visit Danger.
Guerlain Heritage is an excellent choice - one of the best in my opinion, whether designer or niche. Great list Mr. Smelley.
Thank you very much Mark.
Wound past the first 2 minutes of padding, as usual, but then had to wind back to see what Brian Clough said!
I can feel the Spring in the air here in the South Island of New Zealand 🇳🇿... so much for your autumn frags Smelly! 😅
Thank you. I bet spring and summer in New Zealand are beautiful.
Great video and I enjoyed it and I like Andy Tauer air de maracain and I'm going to try the other fragrances and have a blessed day
Thank you!

Thank you! Terre d’Hermes in any version is great in autumn I think.

Thank you very much !
Thank you very much!
I own Caron - Le 3e Homme, Wish it was a parfum. Barbershoppy type scent.
It’s a great one! Thanks.
Really important to have a favourite lemon.
Thank you!
Blimey,I;m not Myron Imley, but these choices are perfect, classy, and timely

@@MrSmelly1977 Can’t wait to hear your thoughts 💭
You might want to give Ferragamo Spicy Leather a try. Warm and aromatic.
Thank you! I’ll check it out if I can.
Hello Mr Smelly, thank you for the recommendations. Could you tell me which camera you're using?
Thanks. I use an iPhone 13.
I think you should let that hair in the front grow longer.
❤❤❤❤❤
Chanel Pour Monsieur edp👌
Great scent. Thanks for commenting.
Great scent. Thanks for commenting.
Wouldn't say rugged about Guerlain.
You might be right
The Third Man is back in cinemas in September-I wonder what scent I’ll wear to see it 🤔
Oh great. A classic.
Cartier Parfum is not spoken about.
❤️🔥🙌
Thank you
Not sure if that's the right way to use a ringlight on TH-cam but whatever works for you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Thank you
I agree with Brian Clough, but Keir Starmer might jail me for saying it, Another fine selection, Dan.
Thank you!
😍😍😍
Thank you!
