    Jennifer, thank you very much for sharing this video. Your design as usual is wonderful. I very much appreciate you including the names, cold hardiness, growth habit and light conditions of the plants you selected.

    Hola Jennifer! It is just amazing how you have this gift to turn spaces into oases. Thank you for sharing your gift and sharing information about all the plants specially the name and planting zones. We will be moving to Dover, FL from a planting zone 7 and I have started to research and plan our next Garden 🥳.

    Ms Jennifer, you are such an incredibly talented woman. Florida is blessed to have you. May I ask how you irrigate the bromeliad.s?
    I know mama can rot after they bloom. Do you rinse them out weekly prior to blooming? Only water the pups when mama flowers? Also what do you plant them in? Would Love a Bromeliad planted in the garden, care video
    Thanks so much

  • @umouthingme

    Wow, pretty, I really like this design. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I put one of those Chinese Pagoda plants in my garden about 7 years ago. I like the plant a lot because of the things you've mentioned, however I didn't realize it sends out suckers so now I have them popping up all over. Sometimes I just let nature do its thing when they shoot up in an area that I don't mind, but most of the time I find myself digging them up. I'm curious did you plant a barrier underground, or are you allowing it to grow wherever it pops up, and do barriers actually work? The reason I'm asking is I have this enormous Shell Ginger that I would like to try and dig up and save as much as I can and move it to a better location, but I want to try and contain it with a barrier underground, but I also don't want to waste my time if they really don't work...Anyways thanks for these videos, as I said before you guys do a nice job on them.👍👍

    I love all your designs Jennifer! Love the tropical vibes. Any advice for my canary date palm which is very slow to wake up from the last freeze we had in Houston zone 9a. It was in the 30s for maybe 24 hours and my 30+ foot tall canary date hasn't shown any green growth. Hope you can help. Thank you

    • @TrueGardener
      @TrueGardener  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      yes, I can really stress them out. I love the southern ag drench that I mentioned in the video. Check it out in my storefront. You can apply that directly around the roots of the tree once a month for the next three months and you should see activity coming from the center of the tree canopy. not sure what you might be using for Fertilizer but an 8-2-12 is great for the date palms

    I love this tropical garden look! I would love to try and recreate it. My questions and concerns are always regarding the palms are over time will they get so huge that they will outgrow a small space and if planting near your home will the roots cause issues?? Or does planting the trees close together help them to stay smaller because they are all competing???
