So this simple how to step by step tutorial is going to blow you away, and show you just how easy it is to get this quality at home, with minimal work! These brioche buns are perfect for any breakfast or brunch menu.

    There is no bun better than a classic Brioche Bun. These are not only buttery and rich, but have a strong exterior that will hold up to a juicy or saucy sandwich or any type. Everything from burgers to puled pork, is meant to be on this amazing bun.
    Simple Recipe
    Amount Ingredients
    3 1/3 (420 Grams) Cups Bread Flour
    2/3 Cup (80 Grams) AP Flour
    6.5 Fl Oz Whole Milk
    1 Packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) Active Dry Yeast
    5 Tablespoons (60 Grams) Sugar
    3/4 teaspoon Salt
    2 Ea Eggs
    2 Ea Egg Yolk
    6 Tablespoons Butter (Unsalted)
    1 Ea Egg
    1.5 teaspoons Whole Milk
    1 teaspoon Oil
    Procedure
    Place Bread Flour and AP Flour into stand mixer bowl and set aside.
    Place Warm Milk into Measuring Cup, add Yeast, and a about 1 teaspoon of Sugar.
    Mix milk mixture and place somewhere warm for 7-10 minutes, or until foamy.
    Add remaining Sugar and Salt into Flour mixture.
    When the Yeast has activated, turn the mixer on low with Dough Hook.
    With the mixer running on low, add the Milk/Yeast mixture.
    Then add the Eggs and Egg Yolks, one at a time, fully incorporating in between.
    Let the dough kneed in the mixer until smooth, about 5 minutes on slightly higher speed.
    Then add the Butter to the mixture and let kneed another 5 minutes, until smooth again.
    Coat medium-large bowl with 1 teaspoon of Oil.
    Kneed dough by hand a few times, form into a smooth ball, and place into Oiled bowl.
    Cover and let rise for 1.5 hours.
    Punch excess air out of dough, and divide evenly into 8-10 pieces, weigh if desired.
    Roll each small piece of dough into itself and the "round" until smooth again.
    Place onto lined baking tray, cover and let rise for 45-60 minutes, or until doubled in size, again.
    Beat remaining one Egg in small bowl with fork until smooth, then add remaining 1.5 teaspoons of Milk.
    Beat until smooth and brush onto Buns with pastry brush.
    Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes, or until deep golden brown.
    Let rest to room temp before cutting. Enjoy Responsibly
