Sorry for the editing goof on the earlier clip. I was up late trying to finish the edit and forgot to apply the preset before rendering it. I hope you like the overview and I'll have more coverage of the camera and new DJI Neo this week.

Glad you liked it! Sorry for the goof earlier on the editing. I rushed it out last night and added the logo late and forgot to apply the preset. The Osmo Action 5 Pro is an awesome camera and I'll have more content posting this week along with NEO videos as well (finally!)

Will DJI 1 microphone work on this or will I have to buy a DJI 2 microphone set?

Nope, the only one that works with the Osmo Action 5 Pro (and the Pocket 3) is the newer version, the DJI Mic 2. You can still use the receiver from the original DJI Mic with the camera though, so that's an option.

The higher the resolution, the shorter the recording time. Wifi, RockSteady and other features affect it as well since they are all drinking electrons from the battery. The 4 hour recording time is like your mileage on a car, it all depends you're driving.

    NG- after 20 min. over-heat,

Thanks for the post but I haven't seen that happen. I was out recording yesterday on a hot afternoon and it worked fine for longer clips. Let me know what setting you were using and where you were recording (inside.outside) and the temperature. I've had my iPhone react to hotter days and actually shutoff to protect the chips so this might be the same thing if it was really hot.
