Dapat silang mga most richest at most powerful ang nagbabayad ng utang ng bansa para makapagsimula uli ang bansa. Kaya nga sa pilipinas eh mas madami ang mahirap dahil sa mga dynasties na businessman na politician pa. Kailan ba mangyayari na ang mahirap kaya ng magkaroon ng sariling lupa't bahay, sasakyan at mga appliances sa loob ng kanyang bahay.
