I just wanted to know if you followed Dr. Brightens 30 day program and if you liked it and saw results from it? Or if you just modified your own diet? Love your videos and so glad I watched your birth control videos!!
Hi! I followed it to an extent. Some meals are changed slightly to fit my taste buds haha but I definitely went gluten and dairy free. In terms of the supplements I did stick to that and I truly believe that made a huge difference!
Hi! I just saw your comment! The pill does stop ovulation so you most likely won’t see much of a difference while still on the pill. However, listening to your body and energy levels regardless is beneficial. The book I linked that dives deeper into cycle syncing i think touched on if you’re on the pill so definitely check that out or head to the authors Instagram (Alissa Vitti) hope that helps! 💛

love this serie! I did google raspberry leaf tea tho, and it looks like it favours fertility and thus extends the luteal phase, so not ideal 😬
