omg when I also studied abroad in south korea, i had a lot of time alone and i bought a journal and started journaling too 😂 i think just being in korea itself, with more access to nature and large parks with lakes, bridges, purposeful placements of greenery, rivers, lakes, it really does put our mind at ease ... compared to the US where parks are just trees and grass (lol) and where we have to be aware and cautious of crazy people instead of reflective😭😭🤣
