I think he deserves Pots, when he came in, he just transformed City's defence and made John Stones good, he has leadership mentality and is only 24, well done to him, from an Everton fan
The kid has been around for ages. Didn’t get the hype like De Ligt did but as a benfica fan We always knew Ruben had a bright future ahead especially with how he broke out
He was captain at benfica at every stage of age football from under 16 and upwards and was even given the armband for his last game as a show of what could have been had he stayed but benfica need the money because they didn’t qualify for champions league football.

Not exactly. It's more about the adaptability to Pep system. Players like Bernardo, Sane, Cancelo, Mahrez etc. couldn't get too many games on their first City season because they needed time to adapt. Dias is one of those rare cases who slotted in easily with the team. Kudos to him for that.

His defensive awareness is average (check his positioning against Werner in the first 2 missed chances at the beginning of the match + awful communcating and positioning in the goal incident; he left the deep area wide open). His headers are not really accurate; he gave Chelsea some dangerous second balls yesterday. Rudiger deserves double the amount of the praise. When City is working 100%, every defender looks prime Maldini, because they mostly deal with dead balls as the city pressing so agressive with their attacking and medfield lines.
