    Love the vid! Bit confused though as is 2,400 cals really a bulk, especially with that amount of training??? It's not that much and I feel like you've always eaten this amount (the past year)? No hate, just genuine interest! It kinda makes me feel a bit bad as I eat 2,800 and I am not bulking, but I'm tall and I know our metabolisms are all different! xxxx

      There’s no need to explain yourself sis! Everybody requires different amounts! I’m 5ft small 🫠 hence why I don’t like to share usually but I’ve received many messages to.

      Heya 💘 not at all! I’ve pushed past that period of time where things trigger me and it would afffct my body image. I’ve since worked on my mind and self respect for everything my body does for me other than “looking a certain way” - so that now I can do things like this in a healthy way 💘

      Hey!! I’ve seen significant difference but I’ve been taking it for a year now!! It’s not an instant difference, it’s a slow start up unless you do an overload at the start 🤍✨ but important to do research before taking xx

    Try red onions, tomato and coriander in the pea fritters recipe minus the peas and you'll have an authentic indian snack called "chila"! love your videos :)
