Thanks or the tutorial. Does anyone know what to do when your contact your GP surgery to request access to my whole record with them (such as test results, past appointments, etc) but the administration staff has no idea what to do in the lack of training/competence?
This nonsense about the 'NHS app'. To get full access one needs to go through insane security measures. It's not enough to have NHS number, photo ID, home address, phone number, password - a face scan is required! And all this not to gain access to medical records but merely to make appointments or to repeat prescriptions.
It's time to call out CAPITA'S cowardly GP's who fix ur records and refuse to back or confirm their DIAGNOSIS, but still sit on appeals' boards whilst working for PRIVATE American companies and leaving UNQUALIFIED receptionists to "care" for U, TOLD U I WASN'T going away A - hole, being SELF- medicating for 2 years by ur instructions, TIC, TIC😢
What is entered in your GPs records is not what the Doctor told you. Plus you can not see your referrals for Surgery. such as Knee replacement. In my case MSK Dorset. When you request a copy of your hospital records. You are supplied a edit set of records. Your not informed who entered into your records you are allergic to penicillin when your not.

This access is only for prospective records. Your practice will have added a year from when you can see your records.
