Wow I look at Mary on those old clips and she looked so gorgeous, and real hot on soul train, and as a Grandma she looks flawless, very nice to see her looking great.
An outstanding woman ! She was beautiful as a young woman and even at this age one of the best looking and most articulate and vibrant i have ever seen. Her recent passing was sadly inevitable but tragic as she clearly had quite a few very good years ahead of her. Her biography is a very valuable insight into the thinking and emotions of a maturing ambitious but very normal young lady as well as picture of the complex, effective, human, yet very misunderstood (deliberately so by the bigots) Black culture of Detroit and specifically the large dynamic and yes at that time fun Brewster-Douglas project where she and the other Supremes were raised. There are many show videos that showcase her exceptionally elegant fine looks and pretty smile but perhaps none more amazing that one of her on the Dating Game. Likewise one of the finest examples of her slightly deeper but very nice solo voice was on second verse of Enjoy Yourself at the Copa.
What a great interview and what a positive woman. Am glad I saw Mary once live on stage in Amsterdam. I was standing in front and placed my jacket on that stage and Mary stepped on it, just as I hoped she'd do. hahahahaha. I'll never forget it.

Wow I'm 50 and always had crazy crush on Mary, those clips from Europe and the clip which was from 1973 at a picnic for Motown, she was there looking great. They need to do a Netflix story of the Supremes from 68 to 76 it would have to be a 3 part movie, cause a lot happen between those years. Last but not least, Mary looks great at 75.

I've been a hardcore fan of Mary Wilson, The Supremes, Diana Ross and the Supremes and of course Diana Ross since1963. I have Two questions that i've been wanting to ask Mary Wilson are: #1 Did Motown, Barry Gordy, and anyone , Video when The Supremes perform at The Copacabana in New York City or The Final Performance at the Frontier Hotel in Las Vegas January 14, 1970? and #2 Mary, if you don't know, can you look into this for your many fans?
When she mentions she heard Love Child in a store and told someone that was her singing, she did not sing back-up on the song Love Child and neither did Cindy.
Flo, Mary, and Diana were the Supremes. You wouldn't have Supremes without any of them. They all did their dirt, yes, all three but the music was pure magic. Cindy was ok, yes Diana did say Cindy was never an official Supreme in an Oprah Winfrey interview. Both Diana and Mary felt Cindy wasn't an official Supreme. I don't know why that is but Flo, Mary, and Diana were the best. Their messy history kept them interesting, I don't have a favorite Supreme out of these three. Jean Terrell was good

Love love love Mary but she seems to leave Cindy Birdsong out of her stories. The Supremes became bigger after Florence left and with Cindy being a part of the trio they didn’t miss a beat. For years Mary hasn’t given Cindy her due as a Supreme and that’s so unfair. She will include Betty McGlown and Barbara Martin who both left the group before huge success came their way but somehow forgets Cindy. Ok Mary it’s time to include Cindy in your interviews.
