- Dayton PD pulled over Clifford Owensby & violently PULLED him out of the vehicle after learning that he was a paraplegic who couldn't use his legs. Cops SHOULD treat citizens with respect. Instead, police had no regard for the wellbeing of this man. Unacceptable!

Officer didn't cover his ass, should have stated reason for pulling him over and asked for his wheel chair to place him in while the vehicle is searched by K9, he stated he would assist him in getting out of the vehicle sooo. What was he planning to do? get carried out of the car at his destination? You ain't slick guy, i know plenty of gangsters in wheel chairs , gtfoh
