Luxury project should consider for living. Affordable project neither good for investment nor for living. Other builder using mivan construction which is far better than traditional construction. Lots of affordable builder have started mivan whereas rof till now using traditional method of construction. I am allote in 108 but going to cancel it

Good work, the video is really informative. My most of the queries are clear except few. You mentioned that if you forgot something then please ask in comments section 1) What’s the prepaid meter charge per unit? 2) What’s the electricity and water backup plan? 3) For 5 years, we have to pay running maintenance but afterwards we have to pay regular maintenance. So what’s the charges for regular maintenance’s, that’s really important if someone is shifting for longer period. Appreciate if you could reply to these questions. Once again thanks for making this amazing video.
1 and 2 I'll include in my future reviews. Another thing I forgot, is asking about power back-up. Thank you for pointing it out. It will help everyone. 3. They won't be able to tell what would be the cost after 5 years as RWA might take handover by that time. Even if the builder carries out then also they won't be able to tell 5 years in advance.

Now a days Signature Global is in negative news because of Delaying Projects like their Grand IVA & Orchad Avenue 1 whose possession was in 2019. Some towers in Millenia have very less progress. If you can elaborate more on Financial / Balance Sheet details of the Builder also? PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO ON PROXIMA 1& 2

You put good questions...they mislead about open car parking, there are 820 flats in Synera Sec-81 but open parking will not be enough if in future all of them buy at least 1 car....I have purchased flat in Signature Global Proxima Sector-89, possession is scheduled today (11/7/2020)...Pls ask questions related to this project also in next visit with them and try to visit it if possible...next cyber hub is planned nearby and it is also close to dwarka expressway and Gurgaon-Pataudi Highway

Questions I want to get answers are below : 1. Given Proxima society is just beside sec 88 which is a commercial sector, what will be its future prospect 2. Is there a plan to make cyber hub and sector 29 replica in sector 88 ? If yes, will it be just opposite to proxima ? 3. How far is the nearest proposed metro from Proxima ? When will it be completed ? 4. What are other attraction around Proxima society (in walking distance surrounding) 5. What will be rent and sale prospect for future
For 3rd point.. i have an clear answer. Proposed metro will be proposed only, METRO NOT COMING IN GURGAON. We have a great CM who have just not ruined BJPs name but our PMs image too. For next 4 years METRO wont extend a inch. On papers you will see plans, i have seen this for atleast six years in ggn. You may see - New survey > people survey to suitable routes > public approves a route> again approved(state and public too) route change > cancelling approved routes > new routes on paper> soil testing- go back to New survey> Repeat this circle. RRTS - Regional Rapid Transit System will be operational first as this is NCRTC project. Delhi to Alwar alongwith Highway 48 and will have stations at Kherki Duala, manesar, Rajeev chowk, udyog vihar. Deadline is 2024. Then Metro completely changes in Noida, Greater Noida. Every plan executed. Metro running. All packed for next 4 years. It will running till Jewar Airport. What a shame we have a CM like this who has no foresightedness, who even ignored people approval for metro routes to choose out of 2, who cant see how other neighboring states have gone ahead atleast 10 years ahead to GGN in terms of infrastructure. Once Jewar international airport is operational, GGN will be just a deserted place, all MNCs will shift to Noida, Greater Noida given poor GGN infrastructure and CM like this. Thanks Prakhar for sharing great videos. You have done more work for GGN than our so called sleeping KUMBHKARNA CM. This CM IS Just completing the second tenure.
As per Signature Global representative intercom facility is available however nothing is mentioned about the same in brochure. Was it there in the flat which was ready for possession?

Wonderful video Prakhar. But you missed one very good thing. Bhai tumhe dekhna tha sample flat of Sector 93 project (jism construction chal raha tha). The beauty and interior work of the same is mind blowing. Man khush ho jayega. Mauka lage dobara then do visit it and make a video of it.

@@DwarkaExpressway Bhai ek chij jarur puchna in your next trip about mivan shuttering that they claim there will be no leakage since it is RCC structure and there are no joints like in brick walls. But you will notice that the walls of mivan shuttering has holes at different places from where actually they pass clamps which holds the aluminum shutters, so how they cover these holes later and how there can be no chance of leakage from these places.
@@DwarkaExpressway Brother please also get a clarification from builder as to the availability of open space for car parking of flat owners. They are providing only dedicated covered parking for two wheelers, so what if one buys a car or is having the same. You can understand that now a days parking is a major issue and is a reason of larai झगड़ा among resident. So this aspect must be crystal clear for any interested buyer of property.
@@abhilawvlogs hi Abhishek.. The main principle of Mivan technology is that it uses shuttering in shape of floor plan and put concrete in it to settle and solidify. Its like taking your preferred shape beaker and freezing water in it to make ice in that shape. Being a civil engineering student i did a lot of projects on this. So whatever they are claiming is 100% true. I've also visited their site to see their construction. Also, in mivan technology they use fly ash which are very fine particles so structure become totally compact. Compared to traditional way, bricks and cement can have minute gaps in between causing leakage which are compact due to use of fly ash as these minute particles block all gaps and make it compact. So there's no chance of water leakage. Just wanted to share the science behind it so that people doesn't think its some miracle but its truly technological advancement

New ROB ban jane ke baad connectivity Dwarka Expressway ke saath acchi ho jayegi aur Herohonda Chowk to Umang Bhardwaj Chowk bhi banne wala hai NHAI banayegi to connectivity acchi ho jayegi. Aur jab infrastructure development hote hai to price bhi badhta hai. Kitne badhega ye bata mushkil hai sir. Hope this helps.

You put good questions...they mislead about open car parking, there are 820 flats in Synera Sec-81 but open parking will not be enough if in future all of them buy at least 1 car....I have purchased flat in Signature Global Proxima Sector-89, possession is scheduled today (11/7/2020)...Pls ask questions related to this project also in next visit with them and try to visit it if possible...next cyber hub is planned nearby and it is also close to dwarka expressway and Gurgaon-Pataudi Highway
First of all congratulations on getting your home. Car parking isn't there in affordable housing as per policy. It's a work around. I try it won't be soon.

1. Given Proxima society is just beside sec 88 which is a commercial sector, what will be its future prospect
2. Is there a plan to make cyber hub and sector 29 replica in sector 88 ? If yes, will it be just opposite to proxima ?
3. How far is the nearest proposed metro from Proxima ? When will it be completed ?
4. What are other attraction around Proxima society (in walking distance surrounding)
5. What will be rent and sale prospect for future
For 3rd point.. i have an clear answer. Proposed metro will be proposed only, METRO NOT COMING IN GURGAON. We have a great CM who have just not ruined BJPs name but our PMs image too. For next 4 years METRO wont extend a inch. On papers you will see plans, i have seen this for atleast six years in ggn. You may see - New survey > people survey to suitable routes > public approves a route> again approved(state and public too) route change > cancelling approved routes > new routes on paper> soil testing- go back to New survey> Repeat this circle.
RRTS - Regional Rapid Transit System will be operational first as this is NCRTC project. Delhi to Alwar alongwith Highway 48 and will have stations at Kherki Duala, manesar, Rajeev chowk, udyog vihar. Deadline is 2024.
Then Metro completely changes in Noida, Greater Noida. Every plan executed. Metro running. All packed for next 4 years. It will running till Jewar Airport. What a shame we have a CM like this who has no foresightedness, who even ignored people approval for metro routes to choose out of 2, who cant see how other neighboring states have gone ahead atleast 10 years ahead to GGN in terms of infrastructure.
Once Jewar international airport is operational, GGN will be just a deserted place, all MNCs will shift to Noida, Greater Noida given poor GGN infrastructure and CM like this.

@@DwarkaExpressway Bhai ek chij jarur puchna in your next trip about mivan shuttering that they claim there will be no leakage since it is RCC structure and there are no joints like in brick walls. But you will notice that the walls of mivan shuttering has holes at different places from where actually they pass clamps which holds the aluminum shutters, so how they cover these holes later and how there can be no chance of leakage from these places.

@@abhilawvlogs hi Abhishek.. The main principle of Mivan technology is that it uses shuttering in shape of floor plan and put concrete in it to settle and solidify. Its like taking your preferred shape beaker and freezing water in it to make ice in that shape. Being a civil engineering student i did a lot of projects on this. So whatever they are claiming is 100% true. I've also visited their site to see their construction. Also, in mivan technology they use fly ash which are very fine particles so structure become totally compact. Compared to traditional way, bricks and cement can have minute gaps in between causing leakage which are compact due to use of fly ash as these minute particles block all gaps and make it compact. So there's no chance of water leakage. Just wanted to share the science behind it so that people doesn't think its some miracle but its truly technological advancement
