The rabbits bottom in Kim Kardashian style lol, love it, what you’ve created this time are all sooo adorable, the texture on the rabbit is amazing, and using molds is a fantastic idea too, l will certainly be giving the cotton wool method a try, tfs x Julie 🇬🇧
I made some small spun cotton birds recently but I can honestly say you are very talented. The way you sculpt with the cotton is just so inspiring. Beautiful work!
These are so clever. I couldn’t find those chickens you used in the previous video so I made one out of inexpensive clay over a base of foil. It’s drying at the moment will probably have to sand it later. This would be an easier way and cheaper too.
Awww these are all amazing Irena. I’m fascinated with spun Cotton things lately and have attempted making small Easter baskets using foil as the core. I have also made a bunny and several chicks with foil but they are more lumpy. I’m happy with them they are cute but I love the ones using your molds. I am not where I can buy rolls of cotton wool and have been using cotton balls the same you use with makeup. I wonder if that is why mine are so lumpy. I have been making a mixture of 1/3 glue and 2/3 water. I don’t know if that’s correct because it dries nicely but then when I add another layer of cotton and wet it with paint then it sort of gets real wet again loses its shape a little bit. Yours seem to stay dry where you can paint them so I’m wondering if maybe you are just using inexpensive dollar tree glue without water? I would absolutely love to see more spun Cotton. It is very therapeutic to do! You do such amazing things with cotton wool. I love love the circus ornaments and Alice in wonderland ornaments there amazing.
Hi Lucy, to avoid cotton ornaments being lumpy you just need to add thin layers of cotton, then the surface gets much nicer) you can see this when I begin making titmouses, at the very beginning the body is lumpy too, but it gets better once I'm adding more and more thin layers of cotton, and it gets more firm too. So the secret is just layering)
Hi Irene, I'm new to your channel and i love the way you made the chick, the birds and the bunny! Thank you for sharing your templates! i was wondering if it needs to be enlarged or is the exact size as the one you made? Thanks again for sharing.
Your skills are out of this world!
