Very beautiful lessons elaborated beautifully by you. I am a doctor.. I started learning Arabic and understanding Quran and everyday my faith in Allah and his teachings is getting stronger.. Allah has given us all the rules and regulations required to become the best individuals and ummah in this world and after.. Thanks for elaborating and discussing Allah’s message in such a beautiful way.. 😊
We’re finally on to something deeper. Thank you for introducing the need for the WHY. It’s the age of the dajjal, we must prepare ourselves. May Allah swt bless you ✨
What a wonderful Khutbah!! Its easy to be a "fair-weather" Muslim when everything is going our way. May Allah guide us to express our Faith to the best of our ability in sunshine And in rain. Alhamduilah.
Ustadh, you just opened my eyes! I have been reading Surah Al e ‘Imran for years with translation, never have been able to relate it to the Ummah today like this! SubhanAllah
“If Allah (swt) helps you, none can defeat you. But if He denies you help, then who else can help you? So in Allah (swt) let the believers put their trust.” (Quran 3:160) 🤍
Lessons learnt here: 1. Understand why we are Muslims 2. Committed and steadfast on that "why," regardless of all external factors 3. Ensure our descendants understand and live their lives fully cognizant of that "why" we are Muslims 4. Conscious of practicing best akhlaq and adab with knowledge -- seems rather deficient among the attendees Clearly we have quite some distance to go with above points, Wa Allahu 'alam.
Interesting talk, thanks for all that you do & share. I disagree with the interpretation of some concepts but I think that's healthy as it enables us to find more clarity within us. I have trained with non-muslims the last 8 years but have come closer to Allah vs through Islamic circles. We have lost the purity of true Islam in my humble opinion. Our faith strengthens from within & extends externally. Much love and blessings 🙏💖
We can't even expect our "Islamic" schools to provide the right environment. Iman needs to be supported at home so us and our kids can be muslim anywhere. Jazakallah khair
MashaAlah ☝️ shiekh perfect lecture 🙏👍👌👍👌 may Almighty Allah bless you always and reward you and grant you strength and healthy and protect you always all the best 🤲🤲🤲👍👌👍♥️♥️♥️♥️
I agree. We need to have higher ambitions and works towards them. However, we don't have any use for muslim billionairs who don't know anything about islamic finance. We have a local institution build by individuals who took it upon themselves to learn fiqh regarding islamic finance, to then teach it in a relevant and simple way. It deserves to be promoted but it is not in English. This is the first step towards economic freedom. Learning your religion in general is. Our current ummah sounds more like "well riba on my savingsaccount is actually not riba, rather it is my part of the investement." Like, what investment? Did you sign anything, do you share losses as well? People so caught up with two cents of riba; this is not an ummah that will build empires. We should start seeing the bigger picture and not be deluded by the current system that's being presented as the only option. We do have the ability to create other options, we just don't invest in learning and applying.
So true, we must now throw ourselves into the "fire". Faith so becoming of a muslim that nothing shakes it, be it capitalism consumerism, materialism and any other isms. HasbunAllah Wa Niqmal Wakeel. Easy to recite, hard to instill.
Sometimes if you do not want to listen to Islamic sermon just leave the mosque instead of being on your phone next to ustadh Nouman that is disrespectful to him.
With Mercy...if you observe this individual from where he first comes into the frame, it is plain that he is impaired in some fashion. It is probable that he was allowed to be on his phone as it would keep him from being disruptive. This is a pretty common parenting strategy in public gatherings. Alhamduilah.
Eye opening! The part about not playing defense anymore hit me hard! I will no longer feel ashamed to practice my religion or talk about it!
