Cancellation policy states we can cancel order till 3 days from the date of booking but cancel order option was not being displayed till the time we had option to cancel order as per their policy and still not everyone have any update about watch.
भाई मैं तो आपसे भी पहले बुक किया था। अब शायद 20 दिन से भी ज्यादा हो गए हैं। मुझे अभी तक वॉच नहीं आई ऊपर से मैंने कैंसिल करने की भी रिक्वेस्ट की बार बार ईमेल की है लगभग जिस दिन से बाई की है उसे दिन से ईमेल करने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं। पैसेपहले दिन कटहो गए हैं। लेकिन कैंसिलेशन प्रोसेस में कुछ भी नहीं है ना ही ऑर्डर शिफ्ट हुआ है ना ही उसे पर कोई अपडेट आया है। उनका एक मेल आया था 2 दिन पहले लेकिन उसमें भी उन्होंने कुछ कंफर्म नहीं कहा है कि ऑर्डर कैंसिल होगा या नहीं होगा।

You can cancel the order. Mail them about cancellation with the order number. And money will be refunded.
