      To obtain a Japanese work visa as a registered nurse and 2G mig welder, you need a job offer from a Japanese employer, pass the necessary exams, and meet visa requirements. For more detailed information, visit the official website of the Japanese immigration office or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

    Do you have to get a work visa before you go to Japan? I'm asking because it's next to impossible to find a company that will sponsor a foreigner without a degree while in the US. I do have 7 years of experience in CNC machinery, lathes and mills.

It is common for employers to act as sponsors for work visas in order to hire foreign employees.

    What would JAV performer fall under for a visa? There is a serious shortage of male JAV performers.

      For work in the JAV (Japanese Adult Video) industry, individuals would likely need to apply for an "Entertainer" visa, which is designated for those coming to Japan to engage in entertainment-related activities. However, it's important to note that Japan has strict regulations and criteria for issuing work visas, including those in the entertainment sector. Applicants would need to comply with all legal requirements and have a legitimate offer of employment from a company within the industry to proceed with the visa application process. It's advisable to consult directly with an immigration lawyer or a specialist for the most accurate and personalized advice.

    Thank you for such an informative video, it has really helped! We are not long back from Japan and really want to make the move at some point but it is a bit confusing I'll admit. Trying to get my head around what is what really.
    I'm a self employed paper florist, primarily in weddings, I've won an award here in Scotland, UK, as well as been nominated for a few others. I've been in business since 2017, I'm unsure if I would fall under any category? Or if I need to see if myself and my daughter can somehow go under my husband's Visa, he is a Sustainability Consultant for a UK company and work includes areas like green building, renewable energy, waste management and sustainable development, so I have ZERO idea on what he would even come under (humanities?)
    Any idea on the direction to look in?
    Thank you again for the great and helpful content :D

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It sounds like you're exploring options for obtaining a Japanese work visa, both for yourself as a self-employed paper florist and for your husband who works as a Sustainability Consultant. Japanese work visas are categorized based on the nature of the work and the qualifications of the applicant.
      For Your Husband (Sustainability Consultant): His profession might fall under the "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" visa category. This category includes a broad range of professions, potentially including those related to sustainability, green building, renewable energy, waste management, and sustainable development. He would likely need a job offer from a company in Japan to sponsor his visa application.
      For Yourself (Paper Florist): As a self-employed paper florist, your situation is a bit more unique. Japan does have a category for "Artist" visas, which are for activities like fine arts, music, literature, etc., and potentially could include a paper florist. This type of visa usually requires proof of your artistic activities, reputation, and income. However, being self-employed and primarily involved in weddings might require more specific guidance from immigration professionals or the Japanese embassy.
      For Your Daughter: Dependents (like your daughter) can accompany you on a "Dependent" visa, which is tied to the main applicant's (either yours or your husband's) work visa status.
      Since your husband's skills seem to be in a specialized area and might be in demand, it could be more straightforward for him to secure a visa sponsorship through a job offer in Japan. You and your daughter could then join him as dependents.

      Thank you so much for such a detailed answer, I really appreciate it and your guidance. This is all exactly what we were thinking and the areas we thought we would fall into. You have no idea how relieved I am to know that it is making a little sense now as I was swallowed in a sea of visa information. I will look into it a bit more for my side as a self employed paper florist, I have won an award and such in my field and some press coverage but if that would help for a visa if I had to go that route then I will speak to immigration professionals or the Japanese embassy. Again thank you so much, and keep up the great content, you really are making a difference :D @@visalibrary

      @visalibrary  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, it is possible to apply for a Japanese work visa even if you are holding a refugee visa. However, changing your visa status in Japan typically involves a specific application process, and it's essential to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the work visa you intend to apply for. You may need a job offer from a Japanese employer to support your work visa application. It's advisable to consult with the Japanese immigration authorities or seek legal advice to navigate the visa change process effectively.

    I have a diploma in Secretary and Administrative assistant but I don't have an experience yet thou I work as a primary school teacher. Please can i still get a job in Japan as an administrative assistant even without experience?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, it is possible to get a job in Japan as an administrative assistant even without experience in that specific field, especially if you have a diploma in Secretary and Administrative Assistant studies. However, securing a job might be challenging without relevant experience, and employers may also require language proficiency in Japanese. Your experience as a primary school teacher could be viewed positively as it demonstrates your ability to manage tasks and communicate effectively. Ultimately, finding a job would depend on the employer's requirements and your ability to meet them, including any visa requirements for working in Japan.

    would an independent fashion designer qualify?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  ปีที่แล้ว

      An independent fashion designer may also qualify for sponsorship in the United States based on their qualifications and work. They can explore options like the O-1 visa, which is designed for individuals with extraordinary abilities or achievements in their field, including fashion design. Meeting the criteria for this visa category and demonstrating exceptional talent and recognition in the fashion industry could lead to sponsorship without the need for a specific job offer from an employer. As with any immigration matter, it's important to consult with an immigration attorney to assess eligibility and navigate the application process successfully.

      Hi! 👋 To work in Japan, you’ll generally need a job offer from a Japanese employer first. Japan offers different work visa categories based on specific job types, such as Engineering, Humanities, International Services, and Skilled Labor. Each visa has requirements based on your skills and job field, so if you’re qualified in a field with high demand, like engineering, IT, or language teaching, it could be easier to secure sponsorship.
      To start, try applying to Japanese companies online or reach out to recruiting agencies specializing in foreign workers for Japan. Once you have a job offer, your employer will sponsor your work visa. Let us know if you need help with job search tips or visa requirements-we’re here to support you!
