Great video! I had my 10% email set up and it had conditional split. I couldn’t understand what it was there for and deleted it. Can you explain what conditional split is? I thought it was for someone that tried to sign up again with a different email they’ll receive the email that tells them they got the code already. I hope I explained that right
Could be a few reasons! If you check your deliverability tab: www.klaviyo.com/analytics/deliverability/email/score It'll break out what messages in your flows have issues and alerts next to the metric that needs attention. It could be a high unsubscribe-rate or your contacts or bouncing for example.
I would wish this video came a few weeks sooner. I made this mistake when I switched to Klaviyo last month. 🙈 It’s a good job Klaviyo has good customer service and pointed out the error to me. 😂 It was kind of Klaviyo’s fault because the account came with a list and a few segments. So the pop-up form was connected to the list created by Klaviyo, not the one I created. 😂 In my defence I did switch from a beginner platform (Mailchimp) so mistakes like this were inevitable.
Ahh, I feel for you! With so many nuanced set-up pieces in place when you migrate over, just one small setting can throw it off! Glad it was resolved though.
@@peytonfox Yeah, 💯💯 but I'm all set up now. I’m working on setting up the most important flows. I’m still learning how to use all the features so any videos you make about Klaviyo are greatly appreciated. 🙌
I'm starting to regret my choice of Klaviyo, I mean if their user interface is so complicated to do Actually THE Most Important thing for email signups it's terrifying to imagine what other complexities lie ahead. 😢

Hello, Klaviyo for me writes that two of my flows are sending, but they "need attention". I can see that in my flow health. What does that mean?
