Can A non aiimsonian candidate from other state like UP , Haryana etc , general category can get a PG seat ( any branch ) from aiims Delhi ??? Or after this law it is a next to impossible goal????

All depends on the roster points being followed by AIIMS, which are yet to be disclosed. As per the existing JIPMER roster point system, UR candidates are at a disadvantage. No wonder at UR 24 you would get the last seat in JIPMER in Gynae.
Can rank 320 expect pediatric surgery at aiims Delhi or jodhpur ?
What happens to MCh neurosurgery seats? As they shouldn’t be allowed to be picked up except by UR

You have to clear UR Category cutoff, there’s no SC/ST category for MCh

Since branch wise the seats are not divided into different quotas, MRC won't be there right? MRC happened when a category candidate got a very good rank and took a UR seat. Or is it that UR2 for example can be an SC candidate, but will get ur2 choice and not Sc 1 choice which will come later on. It's too much confusion
Yes UR2 can be a SC candidate and will get a UR seat not SC-1 seat. Hence the MRC stays

So UR candidates from non Aiims colleges should just have lesser hopes now. The seats that got deducted was from UR anyways.
Yes, UR seats are the worst affected. Essentially Insti seats are UR seats.
@@RishabhJain2970 When I started preparing, my aim was not to get a PG seat. It was to get into Aiims -DELHI. That was a dream I lived daily. I just lost hopes of getting Derma In AIIMS -D ! Shattered. 😭

Those who study in aiims get the benefits of 50% state quota seats of there respective states anyways. If you are defending on that point then they should be removed from state quota seats for sure. Someone getting a good rank from a peripheral college in inicet means he has given more efforts than the best of institutional students
This is not true, AIIMS students are stripped of their state quota. I think West Bengal is an only exception.
@@scrubs3050 i am from odisha and unfortunately here AIIMS candidates participate in state councelling too. Moreover there are people I know from peripheral college with not great professors teaching them wanting to be in AIIMS having good rank in ini within 500 rank but not getting there desired branch
Every state colleges has 50% seat in AIQ and remaining 50% for state. So yes AIIMS bhuneshwar students can get seat in Orissa but they have to score higher than the Orissa stae candidate.

Yes. Varies year to year. During my PG entrance, only 1 Radio seat in AIIMS New Delhi. didn’t get radio even at rank 4

What's the disadvantage of this system to a good ranked aiims graduate
2 medicine UR seats. Aiims graduate rank 4, rank 5 is OBC. Assuming rank 1 took medicine, rank 2&3 radio. Next seat goes to rank 5 OBC than rank 4 AIIMS graduate (according to the roster system followed in JIPMER)
