The goal of my videos is to show how shields from the new divine enchantement proc on different healing classes. There is no testing on the effectiveness of the total healing bonus and how it works. To summarize, the bonus goes beyond caps (additive bonuses) like the mastercraft weapon bonus for example and works correctly.
Here my tests as warlock healer with new Celestial divine aegis combat enchantement. The bonus "total outgoint healing" is nice but unfortunately the shield bonus is very bad on warlock healer. You can play it if you want or stay with refulgent.
On hellpact (feat), using this enchantment will increase the size of your shields (total healing bonus), which is a good thing.
For heal over time (hot) and vampiric embrace, i don't think no proc is bugged, or at least, i suppose it is "normal" since hot effect come from the feat as an added effect. This may also explain why Borrowed Spirit cannot be triggered by another soulweaver.
