I switch to drow (regular) a few days after this video. I had a big overcap i decid to avoid switching drow. I choose regular drow because the debuff is full offensive (renegade drow is a mix of defensive & offensive debuff) For infomation, vampiric ambrace trigger drow debuff. At wills are the best way to trigger it but the uptime is not that great (not 100% uptime). You can "stack" regular drow + renegade drow but not 2 regular drow or 2 renegade drow. The best race to choose depends players you play with (there is already a drow or a renegade ?)

@@-Eila- Thank you so much for the reply, I’m guessing fríe is more geared to be a healer? The renegade is more of a tank or is it the other way around? I’m trying to make a full debuff healer. Still trying to decide on why healer to go with.

@@UForiaBeatZ I personnaly prefer go full offensive (it's more in the meta) so i choose drow but it's up to you. Extra mitigation from renegade drow can help your tank and yeah in my mind in optimal group : healer = drow or asimaar, tank = renegade drow

Yes you can. Taking my build as a basis, we would have to sacrifice a little soulweave regeneration (it's overkill anyway) by using ultraviolet elven coif (instead of the mtos helmet) and a baby polar bear cub in defensive slot (companion) . It is possible to sacrifice a little debuff (bregan d'aert expert's cloth or eilistrae's grace) but the debuff is very important in my opinion.

Unfortunately support companions are all expensive through the auction house. The two essentials to have are drizzt and tutor.

L'etreinte vampirique et les hot ne font toujours pas proc le bonus de shield. Même si ca proquait correctement le bonus de shield serait insignifiant. Par contre le bonus de soin prodigué de 9% est best in slot du coup rien que pour cela il vaut le coup d'etre pris. J'aime toujours la fortification resplendissante pour aider sur les TB mais c'est très situationnel, l'égide divine est plus polyvalente.

You can get portobello da vinci with token of achievement doing appointment event. You need 5 token, it's long but it's free. Portobello give your team (and yourself) 3,5% power & 3,5% combat advantage

@@statquofan - I get the ghost in old juma bag by luck. Sometimes player sell it in AH but it is very expensive. You can replace it by faon (shialla). - I get gromph in a previous battle pass - Pink yeti was available in zen a few weeks/month ago. You can get it in AH, it is usually cheaper than golden bulette. Little tip : I have a "rotation" to get zen with Astral diamond, with that, i can buy all things i find viable for my healers (and my vip). Building a healer is very expensive....

Hi, I was using helmet from mtos (20% performance regeneration). Other gear pieces with this bonus existe. I also use as much as possible bassline. I take full advantage of "desperate finale" feat : when my performance drops below 200, this feat restore 600 performance immediately. Little tips : vamp + delay played (sheltering etude) is strong to manage performance, if you don't waste it for nothing.

Yes that would be nice. I was thinking of doing it but I gave up because there are a lot of buggy mechanics or too much lag for me to make a decent video. I'm also waiting to see if any adjustments will be made (- + mechanics, mechanics of the color crystals which don't trigger if it's the second time it happens)

I forgot to specify my ability score in my mod 27 builds. I am in CON + WIS because DEX and CHA overcap me in critical severity

Runic aura has always given power and defense. It is the mystic aura that gives power and accuracy. Another aura that give combat advantage and awarness exist, it calls. pack tactic

You need to have 100% mount bolster by upgrading 10 mount at mythic + upgrade the right mount with the equip bonus you need (for runic aura exemple, it's manticore, runeclad manticore or snowclad manticore)

There is no universal answer: players really like shields, they feel safe with them. I would say oathkeeper is very meta. The bard is very interesting in a duo with a shielder in a trial but a little more complicated to play in a dungeon but nevertheless strong enought. Soulweaver can do a bit of everything (solid shields, buff, big heals). The devout is not very meta but I found him super strong in the imperial citadel: he can push back Yuan-ti abomination with "sun burst" on the first boss, provide big heals when the allies don't respect the mechanics where you have to move /stay still on and protect them from the "white noise" on the last boss with hallowed ground/astral shield. His weak point is the fact that he has less ability to buff offensively than other classes. Play what you have fun with, meta can change at any time.

All endgame content is doable with both classes. Paladin makes slightly larger shields with Divine Shelter at a lower cost, compared to Vampiric Embrace. Soulweaver has a better burst heal, which allows him to refill HP barre of an entire team while providing rather large shields. The paladin excels (tab mechanic) when he has to protect a tank from a big hit but the shield given by the soulweaver (at-will) is more than sufficient. This at-will (soulweaver) also allows you to protect dps with a lot of skulls or imminent danger quickly. If you're looking for versatility, soulweaver is the best choice. If you are looking for the best shielder, oathkeeper is the best choice. The best advice I can give you is to play the class where you enjoy playing the most. If we talk about my personal choice, it would be soulweaver without any hesitation.

Hi, not yet. I'm working on getting new weapons, helmet and arms pieces running as devout or soulweaver mainly. I only upgrade almost all my enchantement and the new divine aegis. I got my weapons on three of my four healers (i run with palatank who also need weapons and i just did a few run as oathkeeper, with lags it's not fun to play palaheal, sadly.) I will do an updated build later on mod 28

Yeah, you can play lightning flash but you can almost cap your stat without it, and play divine aegis to increase your healing strenght. It is nice too, shield don't really matters, only the total outgoing healin bonus is good for all healing classes.

Quick answer for powers/songs : *Encounter* : Flourish, Delayed play (with vamp feat), Bassline *At-will* : Arpeggio (with diminuendo feat), phantasmal concerto or reprise to proc vistani set or eilistraee's grace depending on content *Daily* : Curtain call *Class feature* : Sforzando, Vamos alla! *Songs* : i mainly use Rejuvenating carol, sheltering etude and blaze flamenco. I use defender's minuet in case of emergency (it is very costly, it's better most of the time to use arpeggio). Sometimes i use warding carol to remove negative effect (like poison 3rd boss mdwp). *Feat* : Diminuendo, Rhapsody at arms, vamp, Desperate final, Storyteller

Hi, the goal of my video was to show how to proc shields on different healing classes. There is no testing on the effectiveness of the total healing bonus and how it works. Aragon has already made a very well explained video on the subject with math etc. th-cam.com/video/Rrft_2hhaWA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=gIFFdy_YQmFwRi16&t=547 To summarize, the bonus goes beyond caps (additive bonuses) like the mastercraft weapon bonus for example and works correctly.

For all classes the total outgoing healing is very good. For pure healer it is a good boost in healing strength. For shielder it make bigger shield on the team. Refulgent still good to help with tank buster (more situationnal use). Shield bonus is useless for all classes because it is too small. In the New dungeon there is no heavy tank buster so divine aegis seems to me the best to use no matter shield bonus.

​ @trinking3711 I don't know and maybe it will Be fixed today with the maintenance. You Can check if it is still bug by testing boots in a random Wildspace map (vocath by exemple). This video come from preview, i dont have it on live server yet. I don't know if you Can be banned for that but i don't recommand to use this boots mainly because you gonna take bad habits (overhealing).

The first hit is always bigger too (bigger magnitude on initial hit)

Stats have no influence on the shield size from the divine aegis enchantment. I have a naive hope that the bug will be corrected as soon as the mod is released (Tuesday...) because atm only the total outgoing healing bonus is usefull (for all healing classes)

Hi ! I don't find the cleric lacks of healing strenght. On the other hand I sometimes feel helpless when allies need to be protected (we can do nothing with OS except use hallow grounds or astral shield) or to immediately heal everyone when they are split (unlike the 3 other healers). The DC lacks utility capabilities and this enchantment could help a little bit if it wasn't bugged. To complete my answer, Intercession does not focus the closest ally but the one with the least health. Cya =)

DC is not as viable bc most tanks or groups want a shielder. So, yes we do need some sort of shielding so we don't have to be a reserve player at the back bench...and at least make astral shield bigger and not root us to the ground.

@@Low_tolerance I understand completely, but Paladin's shields will always be better and that is their function, if every healer starts putting up shields.....well you see where i'm going with this, tbh i've been on several adom runs (my experience so far) and we do make up for the lack of shields with the amount of healing we can put out, just don't wanna see Clerics suffering yet another nerf because we can shield ppl up.

​@@Low_tolerance Unfortunately even if the shield coming from this enchantment would be bigger (in fact, the stats have no influence, it is probably a bug) the paladin would always be more attractive than the devout because of his shield size. Oathkeeper is capable of carrying a complete team where other healers cannot. This is a real problem because people don't want to group a pure healer. DC is viable but only when there is no "skill issue" from player you run with, it's sad. And yeah, you're totatly right, devot need some improvement 😢 If it helps boost morale, a friend and I completed mdom as a double dc healer. It was rather painful (for the dps, the tanks that were in our team did not need shields to survive the tb) but doable.

@@-Eila- The thing is not about just can do, it's also abt fairness...yes I have seen 2 DC too but not without wipes...ppl just prefer shielder and that's a fact. If players keep running with certain groups, it is always easier...but normal players with average players which is the majority of the players...sad...DC always not wanted...ppl would rather choose healers with the option to shield.

Usefull for the total healing bonus but yeah for shield effect... It's disappointing

Depends on group you run with. In this video i'm used to play with all of players present (except one of the tank), I knew for sure they would go in Hallowed ground when they needed. I Put on lieutenant to secure arti call and and to allow my dps to greed a lot. I used to play with the paladin healer too, i knew she will do a very good job, without that, i used to play with bastion on health + angel for extra healing. I'm almost "afk healing word" in this run, lol. Sometimes i put hallowed ground + astral shield on tanks (when it's hard for them to survive tank buster)

Hate my cleric . Paladins are too broken. We are so useless :/

I don't really like this set as a devout. I find that the stacks have a quite bad uptime due to the cleric's gameplay: as a cleric we don't always have to spam our encounters, so the stacks very often drop to 0 and we need to restack them again. It's not bad but not exceptional either, so I prefer to stay on debuffs with Marilith, Vistani or the Apocalypse set.

What healer do you prefer ? I don't find that the soulweaver lacks regeneration (for me, it has the best regeneration with the oathkeeper) with for example the warlock's bargain (encounter) which instantly restores 150 soulweave or with soul reclamation (feat) which gives +50% regeneration when you fall into below 30% soulweave. Essence of power (feat) must actually be refreshed regularly by hitting a target, an alternative is possible by taking essence of time (feat) but requires not spending soulweave to take full advantage of it. Soultheft (feat) helps a little because with each hit that hits you, you regenerate 25 soulweave (10 sec of cooldown). Borrowed spirit (feature class) is really really amazing : each time you are healed by another healer (works with devout and oathkeeper. Songs from bards and heals from another warlock don't proc it), you instantly regenerate 50 soulweaves (10 sec cooldown) Oathkeeper is easier to play as shielder because his encounter cost less than warlock's (120 versus 200), you can spamm much as oathkeeper.

@@-Eila- Well i started the game with the cleric, it was a struggle for divinity at first, but did some adjustments and i'm more confortable now, like the on demand heals, and the strenght of them, paladin is a guilty pleasure i guess, like you said it's easier and less costly, however, like with the devout, now i'm struggling to get those big ass shields i've seen some people can make, i'm on the preview server trying different stuff, but i can't get those big shields , the soulweaver is a mix of the 2 i first mentioned, you got heals and shields, i haven't played much, but there were occations were i was out of divinity and there was nothing to hit to recover more, i could have used the spark thing, but like i said i dont have that much practice, i'll see to work on both once i have my cleric more geared, thank you for your advice !

I use the cleans to remove the dot that Lolth regularly puts on the player who has the aggro (therefore the tank). This helps the tank survive and not drain all of the tank's stamina when it prepares to block the hit before the hypo: without stamina when blocking, the tank falls to the ground without the ability to block the hypo. I'm lazy, I no longer switch the cleans to divine glow during the godly weapon (cleans is useless in this phase)

@@-Eila- Do u mean when the tank is tethered to another player? Is that the dot damage u are referring to?

​@@Low_tolerance No, it's another damage source. The dot i speak inflict a green debuff called "poison" in the buff bar.

I don't like the uptime bonus granted by drow race, I don't find it reliable. And above all, I don't want to go drow because I don't like how they look and I don't feel like a drow in my mind. Aasimar is also a team support race but more defensive : celestial presence grants all party member 2% increase maximum hitpoint.

Yes, you have to stay in to fully benefit from divinity regeneration. It's happen to me to not stay in, but i have no problem with that, there is even no need to switch the cleansing touch for sacred weapon to heal the godly weapon even if it lasts longer than in the video.

Yeah, atm, paladin is the easiest healer to play. Ty =)
