This cake turned out absolutely AMAZING! Thank you! I made this for my best friends birthday and everyone couldn’t get enough of it! I had 2 people ask me to make them one!! Its super moist as well! Just follow the directions. The only thing I did differently was add more powdered sugar to the whipping cream to make it thicker (my preference) but this recipe is truly a gift!!

I've never used cream cheese frosting on red velvet cake, the recipe I got back in the day used boiled milk or ermine frosting and I love it on red velvet's, it's delicious :) I will try this recipe soon. Thanks x

A good tip to keep your cake platter clean from icing and decorating is using 4 sheets of parchment paper and lay it into a square on the platter. Then you can just pull out the parchment paper sheets when you're done icing and decorating! If that made sense lol I don't bake, but I've seen that tip before.

Hi, is there any replacement for xantan gum? What will happen if we omit them?
Hi, gluten free self raising flour has Xanthan gum in it so you should be ok if you don’t add it.
