- I show you where the corrupted files are in this video, but to put it, into text format, you need to go to the Sims 4 folder and go to saves instead of mods, once in saves you will see the Wicked Whims folder, you will want to delete that folder as well as the folder in the mods section.
Don't forget to delete it from the recycle bin as well, just in case.
Do a fresh reinstall after this, and it should work.

I deleted the folder from the saves and put my downloaded animations into the mods folder but it still doesn't work
its still not working, i have reinstalled it many times now, i followed the step already. but still my wicked setting is not there and there's no sex varieties from WW. only the nudity and some wicked build mode stuffs. i never been this frustarated omg alksjdal HeLp
anyway how about the exceptional WW files ? do i also have to delete those ?
I install the latest versions, I delete and reinstall, even if I try every option, it doesn't work. It's very frustrating. For example, I installed Khlas' mod. 1 year ago when I was playing it, it had a lot of options, now it only sees and runs 4 or 5 of them.

Go to documents: Electronic arts: Sims 4: Saves located near the bottom of the yellow folders: Delete the file named WhickedWhimsMod, than open recycling bin and delete everything in that.
Now reinstall whickedwhims like you would normally do.
For most people this should be all you need to do, but if it still doesn't work, go back to the sims4 folder and open the mods folder and delete the whicked wims folder their.
If it still doesn't work, you may have a outdated sex animation that for whatever reason won't update, to solve this, take everything except the whicked whims folder from the mods folder and move it out of the electronic arts folder, like make a new folder in documents and copy and paste everything their. Delete the save file again (don't forget recyling bin as well), now reinstall, open to see if it works. If it does work, move everything back into the mods folder.

@@BobFudgeeyooooo thanks bro, my girl and I was so confused. I had to delete the whole mod and animations cause I accidentally moved the wicked mod with out getting the file in the wicked whim folder. Complicated ngl

I did this so many times and still sex option doesnt pop out. Any help?
1st, did you delete them all from your recyling bin, sometimes the game will have error's with files still in the recycle bin.
If that doesn't work, make sure you are running wicked whims and do not have Wonderful whims installed, that is the same as wicked but no sex just nudity.
If it still doesn't work, you could have old wicked wims file in a random folder where it's not supposed to be, you will have to hunt those down. Than go into sims 4 turn off "run scripts or 3rd party content" button. Restart sims 4, than turn it back on and restart once more.
Make sure you are running the latest version of Sims 4 and wicked wims. It could also be a corrupted mod, idk via clothing, sketchy 3rd party mod packs etc.
Still no success, uninstall sims 4 (or the entire EA folder if its the only game from Electronic Arts you have) completely, delete anything in your file system related to the sims or wicked. Restart the whole file process.
