    Love it - I've been thinking about this after studying some Fux counterpoint - things like accented dissonance, suspensions etc. help give a way of thinking through the playing 'out' parts of solos. While neigh tones, passing tones, escape tones, arpeggios cover so much as well. Anyway, a fun way to link some theory to composing solos 🙂 What it doesn't teach is the impeccable taste displayed here.

    69 and I just figured out that I probably should have been a mandolin player . It seems to compliment my Voice better. I think it's the way the chords are stacked . Everything sounds better than with the guitar

    Thanks for the advice. I've been trying to figure out the kickoff for 'Mr. Engineer' because can't find it on the Internet anywhere. Im halfway there...:)
