What the defendant needs from the plaintiff is documentation. a set of instructions as to what to do next to make it all operational.
Not what the agreement was. This was a simple contracts case and pretty easy to decide.
The two actual attorneys in the program came to the same conclusion.

I am a software developer; I think the software developer was not able to communicate how the app works. When it comes to deployment, the client does not need to do that, the developer should ask the clients information for deployment. Once its deployed, that is where the payment be.

Don't talk back to a Judge, haha watch me. If I were a plaintiff or defendant, and they were being rude or disrespectful towards me, I'll have to teach them something about being civil. Just watch Criminal court Judges when they sentence someone before heading to court, they can use contempt whenever they want. Their videos are on here. Corruption. I still enjoy this show. She is a judge and judges can act the way they want in the court of law within reason. When a defendant comes to court to just flap his/ her gums, the judge can yell at them all she wants till the cows comes home when they do not have their evidence.
