Hey VF, for a tractor, I can advice the Streyr. Not fast, but strong and affordable. If that one pops up on the sale, you should consider it. It has been a good versatile one for me.
Wood prices are better for longer pieces. Cutting them into short pieces reduces the price a lot. Drop the tail on the pickup and keep them as long as you can to get the best price.
You might look at the bavarian farm set, for a nice chickencoup. 360 chicken barn, 9k and not a huge size. Also, open pastures might have something of intrest too.
And keep an eye on the fuel levels ;)

When climbing the trees, if you crouch and walk along the trunk, it will trim the branches. You won't need to swing the saw from side to side then.
