It couldn't be further away I don't think lol. You're very close to the alskan border that intersects into Canadian islands. Also there is a very strong grizzly bear numbers up that way and they will definitely be on the river fattening up right now! Great day of fishing though just requires heightened awareness

Wait till the coho hit that river it opened for them yesterday. Pinks are fun but so annoying when your coho fishing.
