The Impossible Dream is the name of the song. My dad bought me a music box which played the very same song when I was a little girl (8yrs old). I had just had my appendix removed, he brought it to the hospital with flowers. The minute I heard that song, I instantly remembered it. Thank you for letting me hear it in music box form again! Xo~

I have that wind up musical oil rig! It was my dad's. I grew up with it in the house. My dad died recently and my son said it was special to him and was something he really wanted so we have it in our house now. It is so nice to see another one out there!

Gorgeous reveal! Very neutral & warm. My favorite bedroom was the one with the green headboard. Each space was very tastefully decorated, yet felt like home. It looks as though people could actually live there; it’s not just a showroom! Great job Sharrah & Tyler & team! Stay blessed, humble & kind!
Well done. I love the consistency of the color scheme throughout the house. Kitchen is perfect for a transient rental where people will not need as much kitchen storage as an annual rental. The open space is so much more valuable. I am surprised that you did not position the living room sofa opposite the fireplace with lounge chairs to the right and left -- like you did in your apartment. That would have put a lounge chair in front of the big window, centered with the coffee table on the centerline of the opening to the dinette area. That would make a nice line of sight from the kitchen to the front window. There would be room for a corner table and lamp off the sofa's left side. And that creates nice wall space for art. Maybe even space for a small chair or bench for people to sit and remove their boots. I recommend relocating the large dark drapes from the living room to a bedroom. They draw too much attention to the asymmetry of the front living room wall and do not balance with the smaller windows. And they are needed for privacy in the bedrooms. Matchstick shades are too transparent at night. Just as you can see everything clearly outside when the sun is shining, people outside will see everything clearly inside when the room lights are on at night. I know you made things very beautiful for the video. I hope you are providing luggage stands or tables so that people won't have to put their dirty suitcases on your beautiful linens to unpack. I wonder who you envision as your most frequent customer. Are they families visiting tourist attractions, sports events or horse shows? Or are they business clients attending conferences or entertaining customers? The later might require a projection screen, lots of charging stations, more desk height tables or ice buckets and bar ware. If clients will be using flipcharts, you might want to plan a way that they could hang the pages without damaging your walls. Or include language in your contract forbidding use of tape and thumbtacks on your walls. I am sure you will be able to figure out any adjustments you need to make in the first six months.
