The camera work, and the format, make the game feel tangible, finally! The long lens compressing the distance puts the audience into the match. This is the closest televised paintball has ever been to actually sitting on the bleachers at a live game. See you next weekend in Bangkok guys 🫡
Long lens is soooo crucial in paintball especially. Top down angles and side angles do almost nothing for letting people see what’s going on. I hope I can put a word in Ollie’s ear this weekend when I see him at the next 1v1 tourney he’s couching
CLASH OF THE TITANS! I have been watching these two since Dynasty first formed in ‘01. 23 YEARS of being 🐐’s. Something like this is a dream come true.
Yosh Rau, Alex Fraige, Greenspan, Lang?! This was a hell of a roster back in the OG Dynasty days 😮 I remember getting the chance to play with Yosh at Jungle Island, I’ll never forget that. He so humble 💯
Bro this is it, this is the matchup everyone has wanted, this format is it. The 1v1 idea is right for televising, it's great for getting kids involved, it's so close. I want to see paintball succeed so bad but it's been holding itself back for so long. I'm on to other things but i love the sport and want it to succeed. People like Mark and Ronnie and have done well for the modern evolution of the sport. I know it will make a resurgence. Speedball is so incredibly exciting and addictive, its what people crave in CoD but it just needs to be accessible to the average person and they need to realize how much more advanced these 2 are. The 1v1 battles are great, it isn't burning paint down a lane, it's strategy, speed, and accuracy (even with 2 middle aged goats)... Please do a podcast oliver!
This is awesome, and would be fun to do myself. Such great names here, both players, announcer, and coaches alike. Ollie has put on some weight, which is to be expected when no longer regularly competing, and since he's older. Lang is still a great player, and his skills still show. Greenspan is no slouch, and his speed shows he's still in good shape.
I grew up on sc village in the early 2000s stopped playing around 2012 went out playing autococker pump matches. No spray and pray is the way thebplay❤ these guys were my idols
That snap shot at 15:57 is simply gorgeous. Lang makes it look as natural as breathing but anyone who has played speed ball or even rec ball for any length of time can tell you how hard that is under suppression. Nailing it on the first pop out from cover to is why Lang is one of the best the world over. I would dare say that the separation line between the greatest and the average is their ability to master the snap shot from either side of cover, standing/kneeling/prone.....it is one of the most lethal tools in an arsenal at that range of paintball.
@@cowdencatllecoThe way Oliver bends over to tie his shoes you can almost hear him grunt in discomfort. Then he only loses by a couple to Greenspan in full tryhard mode.
I’m more surprised Ollie kept up so well. Ryan is still well trained and fresh, while Ollie has been more off than on as far as playing goes. This really was Jordan vs Lebron.
I would’ve loved to see this game while in their primes. As impressive as it is Ryan has never stopped playing. its just as impressive that Oliver kept up so well after being out of the game so long.
Before they ever retire they have to have atleast one iconic scramming match arguing with eachother haha 😂 I have soooo many DVDs the DerDer dvd man contract killers for the rest of their lives I’ll never ever forget it the Texas paintball scene was at the top because of these 2 and all of dynasty really all the pro teams 15-20 balls a second were the days of battle 😂
At the end of that day, Oliver is the face of paintball and always has been. You can tell though Oliver is showing his age, not very fast and moving more tatical than running and gunning lol. Two legends though in the game.
To be fair, I think Greenspan has maintained high-level pro play for much longer than Lang. Remember he retired and took off to southeast Asia for quite a few years.
Is Brian Cole still a thing. As a young teen, he was who I looked up to as a baller. The front Hat over mask was boss not only in looks but in performance. 🤣
Greenspan looks like a dried out rasin, and i look like the biggest talking turd alive, no wonder she divorced me for the shitstain i am. I always will have a sweet spot for Ollie, he is the most memorable person in competitive paintball for me.
ryan is the goat doesnt matter if the ball hit you the paint has to stay on you for it to count. did ryan even have a couch? oliver gained to weight i thought he remained active after paintball whats he been doing?

That was just fun to watch. Imagine this 20 years ago
Go look at some of the og dynasty training videos.
CLASH OF THE TITANS! I have been watching these two since Dynasty first formed in ‘01. 23 YEARS of being 🐐’s. Something like this is a dream come true.
cheers to this!
Facts🙏🏽
Real
Ppl don’t even understand what these two did for the sport and team. They don’t understand how they inspired us for like ten years
The two best to ever do it going head to head!!!
These are sooo great! We need a Duel arena!
Are you listening Banes?

The Goats 🐐 sharing their nearly 30 years of friendship. Great match.
My god what a matchup.

I could watch these All Day! 👏🏽👏🏽
This match was better than I imagined. Thank you

Cows just chillin it not knowing why they are changing colors 😂

Man. Now I want to see the 1v1 format grow into a regular thing.
HERE WE GO
Got the chance to play this format when Oliver came to NZ. SO MUCH FUN! Hope you come back this way soon dude.
sounds awesome man, I'm looking forward to spectating in Bangkok next week 😁
The view is so nice, imagine playing with a mountain in the background
very excited for this
For being out of the game for so long.. Oliver did a great job
Very close game
Yeah he did great.
They put on a terrific show of talent and skills!
I was hoping Oliver would win. Love an underdog victory!

What a fun battle to watch. I've been watching these two play since like 03 and it's still amazing.
Sick 🍻
Battle of the GOATs. Classic :-)
You guys are fine tuned machines man..!!.. Way to elevate our sport.!!..
Both of you make me so proud 🤘🏽❤️⚡️🔥
THIS WAS GREAT
Let’s go can’t wait!
That was just as I expected a solid back and forth. Well done lads.
Oh man that was intense!
Greenspan wouldn't have a chance with pre beer gut Oliver.
This is my thoughts also, lol Oliver looks so outa shape retirement form. This proves nothing in my book.
@@cowdencatllecoThe way Oliver bends over to tie his shoes you can almost hear him grunt in discomfort. Then he only loses by a couple to Greenspan in full tryhard mode.
Encore encore 🐐👏🏻👏🏻
This shit is really really cool
I’m more surprised Ollie kept up so well. Ryan is still well trained and fresh, while Ollie has been more off than on as far as playing goes. This really was Jordan vs Lebron.
Love these!! The background cows are a bonus 🐮
Loved that this made it on my recommendations page!
Amazing i hope we can do this again next year
If ollie cut a little weight he'd be set
literally the greatest matchup of all time
tuning in📺
Who do you got winning it 😂
I DID A SMITTY LOOOL
What a match. Love this format
He’s the Goat
Ooo im pumped!
Been waiting for this, so sick
Absolutely amazing to watch! Such great play from two of the best!
The only thing that is missing, is some upfront interviews, breaking it down point by point from each player
I would’ve loved to see this game while in their primes. As impressive as it is Ryan has never stopped playing. its just as impressive that Oliver kept up so well after being out of the game so long.
I’d love to have seen peak Oliver(pre retirement) vs peak Greenspan(current)
watching these legends gave me chills!!!!
This is the way.
Epic the two L.E.G.E.N.D.S Awesome match 🤙
Just awesome
This is sick
That was amazing.
Great example of Natural Talent vs Hard Work.
Crazy watching Ollie Play, 1v1 Hyperball is my shit, he shoulda been 3-0 to start absolutely bunkered him on that play.
That was the best matchup this season! Imagine a live duel at the nxl between these two! The crowd would be going ballistic!
This was sick
🐐vs🐐💯
I would like to try this format myself. It looks fun!
“I did a smitty”. so cool 📺
21:02 "U got to shoot me foo" 🤣😂🌮
Thats some OG stuff..
I ref'd Ryan in Australia he's my dude ..
but Ollie with an ace within 6 seconds on Ryan is epic 😎
Great duel
GOAT vs LEGEND..Die Nasty.. 👍
Awesome. 😎
Love this

Are they using the Field one markers?
Dream match
When are we going to see Dizon vs Lang? Ronnie smoked Ryan in the HK Pro tour lol.
Great display of steeped talent. 💙
deixa arder paizão 🔥
Wow this game could’ve gone either way. Oliver has been practicing.
Can we talk about Oliver and the TankDangle at 18:55 ??
what guns are these guys using? Been out of the game a long time now.
The GOAT vs the KING.
This brings me back to 2004.
what is the over/under on number of cows catching strays?
Need more cherping!!
Team lang ❤
At the end of that day, Oliver is the face of paintball and always has been. You can tell though Oliver is showing his age, not very fast and moving more tatical than running and gunning lol. Two legends though in the game.
Oliver is The Dude of paintball, man.
The goats. The original D Y N A S T YYYY members. still have the dynasty blue angel.
So Sick... ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
OH SHIT
This is hilarious, paintball jerseys haven't changed since 2004
Oliver stating to put on a little weight, hey you can't be the best forever, I wanna see these to go at it with mech guns
What the heck is that in Langs water bottle 6:14? Patchouli oil😅?
Pineapple soda and vodka.
Oliver is more like "The Gut" now than the GOAT
To be fair, I think Greenspan has maintained high-level pro play for much longer than Lang. Remember he retired and took off to southeast Asia for quite a few years.
LOL, so weird seeing Lang walk around with a dad gut.
🔥💙🔥
Is Brian Cole still a thing. As a young teen, he was who I looked up to as a baller. The front Hat over mask was boss not only in looks but in performance. 🤣
Got any love for Thomas Taylor? I loved Brian Cole too
what's up with this goldeneye paintball mode paint fill
Get my boy Joe Barrett in one of these
Ollie got a barrel on him these days. Must be enjoying his retirement
RGS the TRUE paintball GOAT
Do the refs ever catch a hit after the button press? Feel like they barely look them over
Greenspan looks like a dried out rasin, and i look like the biggest talking turd alive, no wonder she divorced me for the shitstain i am. I always will have a sweet spot for Ollie, he is the most memorable person in competitive paintball for me.
Not EVERY single thing she said about you was true though.
cmon MF er LOL love the competition RG18 the baby-faced assassin
ryan is the goat
doesnt matter if the ball hit you the paint has to stay on you for it to count. did ryan even have a couch?
oliver gained to weight i thought he remained active after paintball whats he been doing?
