- Big changes are coming to Bristol's skyline! ️🏙️
Bristol City Council has approved plans to demolish the Premier Inn at The Haymarket and replace it with a brand new development. This project, designed by Hodder + Partners, will be a whopping 10 stories taller than the current hotel!
Instead of a hotel, the new development will feature two high-rises reaching a maximum of 28 storeys, making them Bristol's tallest building. The towers will offer a mix of student housing and co-living apartments, including some affordable options. Residents will also enjoy amenities like lounges, co-working spaces, gyms, and even a public cafe!
