Since I have been looking at houses this house is perfect I can't find a single thing I don't like, the color, the fixture, the wall tiles I love it,.But the price MURDER!!!!

You know with prices like this that’s it’s foreigners and returnees who’s buy these homes. As long as it’s Jamaicans that’s buying these properties that’s fine with me.

I like this house guys because it's nice not overwhelming in size and there's adequate outside space. I think this one will be good once the location is ok....and it's gated too.
We really liked these but they were sold out before they were finished. Kemar put our name on a waiting list when he visited but we haven’t heard anything back.

Good morning from Orlando I just subscribe to your channel.
Very nice house. All the others such as edgehill, country club ochi, Richmond, ocean point etc all have something missing. Whether it is greenery or just too overpriced, or bathrooms looking wack and undone or just doesn’t match the quality of the rest of the house. Just always something
Now this is the whole truth! Edgehill didn’t have double vanity or bathtub in master bath. Country Club was way overpriced. Richmond Hill has a boxed in kitchen with outlets for washing machine in the kitchen. At $300K that’s ridiculous. And the list goes on…. Good point Racine!
I'm late to the party Kemar. Place looks great. I'm concerned about all these fees. Let Tonya do her due diligence. When you have a good woman just give her your all breda. 🙌 🤴 .

Very nice. How far from beach
Ocho Rios has several beaches nearby and in surrounding areas all within 5 - 20 mins car ride of the property.

We really want at least 3 bedrooms. Some of the places we like only have 2☹️
Houses nice but the roads leading to them horrible 🤦🏽♂️
