@@NotSarahLee358I’m incredibly jealous! I don’t know how but I missed the early days of SK, only hearing about them after they reformed… I’ve seen them a couple of times in the past few years and they’ve been the best gigs I’ve been to in my whole life ❤
great weekend for indie rock in Seattle ,Sleater Kinney on Friday 2/26 and Fugazi on Sunday 2/28. I saw the latter show but inexplicably missed this one so thanks for putting it up.
Brilliant! Best performances of "Hot Rock", "Doctor", "Burn", "Banned"... there is an absolutely amazing-sounding soundboard tape of this gig floating around... it sounds like an official live album, that good. I no longer have a copy, sadly. But if anyone else does, I would love to see it synced up to the video!
You all probably dont care but does someone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow lost my password. I would love any tips you can give me
@Harry Kai i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and im trying it out now. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
I love Carrie's energy when she performa. She was always so shy so i was surprised to see her gain fame with Portlandia and do sketch comedy!😅 It was a completely different person from who i thought she was! Firecracker for sure 🧨
Fantastic vid! I just wish the camera focused on Carrie a bit more as her guitar playing /riffing is really interesting, whereas Corin basically strums chords.
epic gig! wish I'd have been there!
I was there! In the front and center lol 😅 i can see myself in the video, it's so weird!❤

Yes! I saw them both back to back at Yo Yo a Go Go in Olympia in '99. Great festival!

Carries stage presence is electric
HELL YEAH!
Bless you for this post🙌
Thank you for re-uploading. I swear, TH-cam keeps deleting these live videos 😒
I grew up inches away from Pete's windmills. True, true, for true. Carrie is a worthy successor.

OTOH, Janet is an absolute monster!
@@JohnMcKLV Janet is a total monster even at this stage of SK. OMG
Yes, Carrie is an amazing guitarist. Corin is pretty basic, but i commend her for being the lead singer. 😅
