Lifesaver! Thank you. Also, for the record, I believe Nico is the best character, actually. He dps is just so high, and she generates heroism while doing really high damage, then her other abilities don’t cost much heroism. Empower is also one of the best skills in the game.
Agreed, I quickly noticed how powerful she is. I used her a lot and boosted her friendship whenever possible.
She’s amazing!
I just started playing recently and I use her constantly.
Love hitting 4 random targets on a few different spells for heavy damage. 🎉

Better characters than nico? Dude, you are so wrong. Out of all the characters Nico is probably the single most powerful when used properly. She's absolutely ridiculous.
Yes, she’s amazing. Either the strongest or second strongest I think.
I would say she's a good support but she isn't one of the most powerful characters. She's pretty average if you ask me. I still prefer Doc Strange for support though lol increasing damage for all attacks for everyone for the entire mission and giving you more card plays nearly every turn..

Ghost rider is the strongest on the highest difficulty. He has great aoe and single target damage, forceful knock back in any direction. You just need to use the light side healer abilities to keep him healthy, which is simple.
Apparently no one here got Air superiority for Ironman. I can literally hit the entire map for lethal if I get strengthened. Easily hitting 500 at level 20....

Nicoh is my favorite character after Ilyana story wise.. but combat wise Nico is by far the strongest
Although Nico has the random-nature, which is off putting to most. She has a few tricks in her bag that make her amazing, despite this. namely "Empower" and I also really like "Double Up" when you factor in her Passive of being able to draw even more cards, she is an insane draw engine and also makes heroics cost no heroism. I wasn't using Her much at first, then I realised how sick she was with Hunter with stuff like "patience" and she also breaks cards that use X amount of Heroism, and those spells go off at full (I think anyway, I need to test this myself. I read this works though).
So although she has the whole casino thing, she has cards that make taking her worth it. I'd take her just for Empower, TBH. In the right team ,this is really busted. She's great with Iron Man and Hunter. One of my Teams right now. I have Hunter specc'd for single target and iron man for crowd control, Nico for support. Hunter can work really well in so many builds though. I do also really like taking Merciless on her, then running Doc strange with two copies of Bands, and also Magik. That's a really badass team that can put out some crazy damage, and also have complete control of the battlefield.
Sidenote, you can still fail due to the random hits of witchstorm

Nico does some of the most damage and best buffs for the least cost with her only downside being her unpredictable nature. I think she is one of if not the best charecter to use

"There's just better characters out there", No, there's arguably not lol Nico is an absolute beast and needs to be in every team. With rerolled Blood for Blood, Swarm and Witchfire (plus her ultimate), she cleans house and single targets faster than Spidey Blade, Ghost or Marvel. Great guide though, thanks.

I got confused at first too because i was only listening to him instead of watching the video. There's a part where he says to use one card, but youre actually supposed to redraw it. Go back again and it'll work

Honestly this was the most retarded challenge… “hey so for this challenge you’re going to be using the one character that relies on RNG for almost everything she does, but in this fight there is no RNG and you just need to fucking *know* that!”
Thanks for the video dude, I was going crazy trying to use what I thought was a good strategy but just thought her RNG was screwing me. Nope, it was just the devs screwing me when they expected me to play this character in a different way than she plays in every other fight in the game.
So my blood magic only gives me lifesteal not another double up…

With all respect dude, you obviously haven’t used Nico. Build the right deck with her and she’s extremely good. Her and Magik are great as a team

I literally just did this and it drew blood magic, it worked for me.
