I just noticed that these two collabs create a time paradox.
Caddy sends BrutalMoose this game, than BrutalMoose gets mad and sends Caddy a game. Caddy gets mad and starts up what happened in the beginning of this video, and it just loops from there. But when did it start, and when will it end?

Tbh this is one of the coolest collabs I've ever seen. I mean, not only do the games they play are hilarious bad but it also does what you said! Very smart and very funny when you peice it all up.
Would anyone like to explain as to why the radio announcer sounds perfectly clear, but your OWN THOUGHTS sound like a blurry mess?
Maybe the main character is just staring at a radio and his friend next to him is actually the one who informed him about the Earthquake tsunami.

+Protagnis YT Because the guy must have not had access to Audacity or comparable program for the former, and used an inaccurate sound function to determine when the latter sound clip should play. The latter requires some explanation.
You see, in Game Maker, the function to check whether a sound is playing is noticeably delayed. (I know Game Maker was used to make this game because of the site it was hosted on.) So if the following code was run at every frame, it would actually play the sound multiple times before the check returned false and stopped it from playing the sound again.

It’s really dumb, but unfortunately Game Maker’s sound handling is just piss-poor overall. The better way to have done that would be using an Alarm event (ironically enough, but that’s what they’re called in Game Maker) to change a variable back and forth and check it instead, like as follows.
_In the Collision Event:_ *{ if amSpeaking = false {sound_play(snd_donthavesupplies); amSpeaking = true; alarm[0] = 600} }*
_In the “0th” Alarm Event:_ *{ amSpeaking = false }*
So the game checks if a variable is false. If it is, let the sound play, set said variable to true, and set Alarm 0 to 600 frames. When that alarm “rings” the aforementioned variable is changed back to false.
If that makes no sense, I apologize, but that is the technical answer to your question. If anyone else familiar with the Game Maker Language finds this comment, they could probably explain it better than I did.

Sir Moaz Basically, the sound is a blurry mess because it’s played over itself several times in rapid succession. That was the easiest answer, but being a Game Maker veteran, I of course didn’t think of that when replying the first time.

Strangely this video led me to Caddicarus' Zoo Race video, I told my brother about it and he saw JonTron's Zoo Race, which with that video in January 2017 we discovered JonTron, I found GameGrumps, NinjaSexParty, RubberRoss, Mort3mer, Commander Holly, SuperBestFriendsPlay, WoolieVersus, Pat Stares At, Matt McMuscles, PeachSaliva...that whole amazingness.
So this video was so magical it helped me discover JonTron, Game Grumps, and the Zaibatsu. Wow, what a fortunate chain of events.

While this game is bad, like... 90% of game jolt games are bad, but they're free, kind of odd to be reviewing this but ok..
Yeah, seems a touch mean since they're free little game jam things. As in, both free and rushed to hit a deadline as a challenge. You can't really hold them to the standards of regular games.

Also, keep in mind that these sorts of games are for time-limited contests- by their very nature, they're experimental and rough. They have to make everything themselves- all graphics, sound etc. and pull it all together in, say, 24 hours, or some similarly tight time limit.
These kinds of games focus less on being refined, and more on just plain getting made and getting out there within the time frame- both as game-making practice and to explore the contest's game theme. Some really fascinating stuff comes from such events, and sometimes ends up getting refined into a full, polished game.
Getting over-critical of these kinds of games is akin to being angry that an in-progress prototype isn't a full game. Critique is great, but over-analysing this kind of game really doesn't make a lot of sense, both critically and comedically.
Tearing apart a commercial game that's still this level of quality? That makes total sense, is lots of fun, and is just arguably a better idea.
Picking on a free little experiment of a game just doesn't feel quite right- don't get me wrong, Caddy and Moose are cool guys and I like their stuff, I just think they misfired here, that's all.
Stathio though I dont agree with some of what you said, you are well spoken and I understand. I think this was meant more as a sick joke, being that they both made one another play terrible games. I wouldnt be concerned that this will be a typical thing or anything. ^^
