You don't need to copy stream elements. Log in to se, clock your profile icon, then click channel settings, then click add TH-cam. Don't make it harder than it needs to be. Just don't forget to make it a miss in yt as well
Actual missed map tiles were the save room and the spot before it below the entrance to the regular Mines/Catacombs. Since you went into the Cerberus fight from the opposite direction, that was likely the reason you missed them originally and therefore mentally assumed they were done from then on.
