Bridging the generational gap is about more than acknowledging what makes us different. It is about being open to learning and understanding why these differences exist. It’s also about changing the mindset through which we have been traditionally taught to view work, and exploring new ways to communicate with each other. A key way to break through this proverbial barrier is through fashion. Fashion and style unites us and is a common language relevant to each generation.
