She is kind of a moron in ep.9, all it took was the truth about her father and perhaps male Lead would consider another approach maybe. How does she not know Manager Su is using her when he came at her with the line "Assistant Lin, you have been with the company so long now and understand how things work" say what? She has been with the company a week at this point? That's all it took to convince her to push a plan that would infuriate the male lead?

I'm hoping for a happy ending where the two brothers make nice with each other. But I doubt it happens.
This actor also played a somewhat villain role in the drama Love the Way You Are where he was the assistant of the ML in there...you should check out that drama if you haven't seen it already. But yeah this Manager Su seems to be stereotyped to play a vengeful and resentful guy character whose main goal is to avenge his family or take back what's 'his' lol....idk why Chinese dramas keep assigning these same kind of roles over and over to side cast in most dramas I've seen smh it's a pity coz it doesn't really show versatility of the actor even if he's not the lead...they still deserve a chance to play positive characters too 🙄😒😝
