Hi Jeff,
Sorry we are just seeing this! There really is no one answer for the feed rate and RPM of a standard millbit. There are too many variables involved, such as: material type (man made vs natural stone, density, thickness) and the tooling used (brand, size, material composition, etc). Your tooling rep would be a good resource for finding what is right for you. Otherwise you could give us a call to discuss your specific scenario and we will be able to better recommend an IPM then (800-785-3391).

I do 16 ipm using zeneziz mill bit in Titan 1600, but I slow it down in some granite hard materials.
