I’m glad your Joybird experience was great. Mine is not. I too bought a sofa during their 30% off sale in January. It was supposed to arrive in April*. As of yesterday, they can’t find it and hope to have a location on it by Monday. *This isn’t a COVID trickle effect, it’s an ongoing issue with this company per my research. How do you lose a sofa?

BBB complaint filed as well as dispute filed with my credit card as of yesterday. This is insane, unacceptable, time-consuming and infuriating. I’m performing my own Customer Service because Joybird won’t.
I bought a sleeper sofa: it wasn't lost, it took 4 months. However, the piece works well for me and I love the style and color. Happy with my purchase.
I’m not sure why you have so many mean/rude comments on this video. I thought it was informative. We are back and forth between joybird and crate and barrel on the specific type of couch We want and this helped a little. Thank you so much!

I’m sure most of them wouldn’t have the gall to speak the way they do unless they were safely behind their keyboards! I’m glad this helped a bit! I love there couches, but this is actually the first good review of the company I have seen. (Found lots of videos and reviews of people that had awful experiences) I'm so torn.
Yeah I’ve watched some videos that are pretty bad but honestly we couldn’t be happier so far with our couch and the whole process was super seamless for us. Of course I can’t speak to others experiences but I’d def recommend them and we will prob be purchasing a fun accent chair and some new kitchen chairs from them in the future.

saw a flaw in the fabric on the lower front side when you set it up and then noticed you shifted the camera angle and hid the flaw and then covered with a throw. does that new sofa have a flaw?
The returns are so not free!! $430 is about what it will cost for us to return the joybird couch that was just delivered this morning and I hate it. Super hard not comfy at all like it was described and like the “reviews” said. %10 restocking fee + return shipping of about $300 = $460 to return it. Not even close to free. Never buy from joybird.
My question for you is... can you take a nap on this couch for several hours and wake up without a back ache? lol. That's been an issue with all of the couches we've had in the past! We're looking for a couch that is comfy to nap on!
Well yes actually lol. I usually fall asleep on this couch nightly watching tv and sleep on it for a couple hrs before I wake up and go to bed, and my husband has napped on it many times too. But it’s pretty subjective I guess Bc I guess it depends what is “comfy” for you...I prefer a more med firm mattress so what might be fine for me isnt for others
what is the height of this sofa without the legs.. on their website is says its a total of 25inches but then theirs another height at 34inches. and the legs are 4inches. hoping its 25inches in height and not 34 bc the size of my door is barely 30 and i would have to take the legs out when the delivery guys get here
Two of the fabrics listed on their site were not in my swatch box. It's been impossible getting them to send me the two I'm missing. I am going to look into canceling my order. It concerns me that it's this hard to get them to send me a missing swatch. I worry that other issues may arise.
That sucks!!! I’m sorry you are having that experience. Everything went super smooth when we ordered. Maybe try tweeting at them over on Twitter? That is usually a sure fire way to get a brands attention quickly in my experience!
I usually buy my furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. Two years ago, I purchased my sectional from Macy's (which I'm very happy with). Next time, I'm thinking about trying this company. I love that they have pet friendly material.
Still love it! Do I wish I went for a more plush style couch, yes…in hindsight I wish I’d have chosen one of their more cushy, pillowy styles but at the time i wanted something more mid century. But it’s still a great couch and holding up really well

Bought a JoyBird Preston sofa and it is so cheap looking and such bad craftsmanship and low quality. Saw in person and looked decent but what was shipped to me is an embarrassment to have in my house. We’ll see what customer service does.
@@MissMooreStyle I don’t think she was being rude. I noticed it was sped up and specially noticeable when you laugh. Maybe something went wrong at upload. Some of us have sensory issues so it was quite noticeable.

Yes, love it!!! It’s super comfy, so much so that I end up falling asleep on it most nights of the week haha. Definitely recommend!
