We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. After months of research and our own experience of applying for a Canadian PR, we came up with an e-book series & this TH-cam channel which would include - errors to avoid, perfect sample documents (my own) and alternate ways of immigrating to Canada - 100 pages of absolute goldmine between these 3 e-books - no filters, no premium versions to these ebooks... everything is out there FOR FREE, for you to read and execute the process yourself! All we are doing in these ebooks is sharing our experience of applying for PR ourselves / structuring and pointing you in the right direction via various different resources that are available on IRCC's official website. The TH-cam channel will compliment the e-book and add some personality and entertainment to the entire process :-)

You are wrong in suggesting that you can learn French in a year to get the 50 extra points ( unless that is the only thing you do all day every day). It will take 2-3 years with Alliance to get to a B2-C1 level. The TEF exam is much tougher than IELTS as the language level is way higher.

As someone who has started learning French it is true that reaching a B2 level in a year is a stretch. But they have provided a guidance video with an expert which elaborates this monumental task. It would certainly require some serious sustained effort which can be daunting for a person in his 30s. But each Potato Talkies video the key takeaway is hope - that just keeps motivation going even if the going gets tough.

I have given up on my canadian dreams, age 32 , CLB 9, married and bachelor's degree. It's impossible to get through with these credentials. You have to be master's degree holder with CLB 10 after 30. Education was a option but the Canadian embassy has a 60% rejection rate for student visa once the age is above 30. I am heartbroken to know and accept that I will not make it to Canada. Good thing I know to accept failures and move on. If you are above 25 and are thinking about Canada, do not waste your time and start applying asap. I hope you all get through and live a better life ❤️

I think now, Canadian Government should remove this age limit otherwise many people will loose opportunities. French is not cup of tea for everyone. I have reached A2, I have already started feeling it very very tough.

@@joylinesaldanha790 actually ma’am, this is the safest and best way practically. This way , you can even tell your potential employers that you will need a visa to work here. Sometimes the employers will sponsor your work permit also. So then you can work while your PR is getting processed. Most Canadian employers love honest answers from potential candidates. I personally know of companies , who interview candidates residing abroad and if they like their skill set, then even sponsor work visa for them

    Hey Potato Talkies
i have a question, if someone’s score is below 460 and application is already in the pool, how does plan B which is to study works?
    Please see below remarks-
1- consultants in India say that once your express entry application is in the pool, your student visa is bound to get rejected as you give conflicting information to the visa officer.
2- however, as an alternative, if the SOP is good enough and can substantiate why PR was applied for, it is still possible to get a student visa
Can you throw some light on this issue. Thanks in anticipation. :)

    • @Potatotalkies
      @Potatotalkies  3 ปีที่แล้ว

Just delete the profile and apply for study with a great SOP… watch our recent videos on study visa. You will get an idea.

    Hey Talkies,
As you have mentioned in your reply go for PLAN-B
We have some questions for you, Kindly guide us.
We have kept our file on behalf of my wife (score 462) and
If I go for study so how much points will be added in our profile? N if I will get one year experience then how much points will be added?
N if I will go to Canada for study and invite my wife n baby there, is it good choice?
N I will invite them on dependent n me (with limited access) n My wife will get job so same profile which we have currently (462) in process will update by her job n my job points?
Or We have to create new one ?
N I have not scored 8777 yet it’s 6777 in CELPIP. So is it better to gain 9999 in CELPIP or 8777 in IELTS ?

    Hello,
Your videos are so informative and I have been following your channel since 9 months. I have my express entry profile Active (with all necessary conditions met), and ticked on "ALL PNP" option, and in pool since Jan 25, 2022. Due to age factor, my CRS points got reduced to 350 in June, 2022. Also I have a CRS score of CLB 8 (7.5 in Listening, 6.5 each in Reading, Speaking ,Writing) in IELTS. Can you please shed some light on how long does it usually take in getting a NOI from Canadian Provinces after creating EE profile or do I need to submit new Express Entry profile since its 7 months old now.
Requesting your assistance and hoping to receive feedback from your end.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Dimple

    1. I hv done MCA through distance learning. So will it decrease my points?
    2. I am BCA and MCA but I have been teaching primary classes, so i hv only teaching experience and thts around 10 years. But i hv not done B. Ed. So if i select NOC code for teaching as its a regulated profession in Canada. It will not match with my qualifications. Will it result in rejection?
I mean is it mandatory for the work experience to match the qualifications? Please reply, i am really very confused.

Sir, I need your advice. I have 16 years of experience in ERP consulting. Last 4 years I have been living in Ireland which is part of Europe and UK. My wife is a CA and is also working here in a Big 4 since she moved. We have not been able to make the CSR score as we are 37 and 34 respectively. I am at a Sr Manager level and my wife is a Manager. We will be able to apply for our Irish passport after 1 years. Do you think it will change our circumstances after European citizenship. Do you think we may be able to apply then without Ielts or score required may be less? We can work and live across UK or Europe after being naturalized. But we think brining Parents in Canada is lot simpler. What do you suggest? Money is similar to Canada where we live.

I did not had space left while uploading my work documents so i uploaded my translated documents which were notrized and certified by the translater. I did not add original document because my 4 mb was full.
