anyway nice car, is it stock displacement or you had stroker kit? had a suzuki body with evo 3 engine swap+stroker kit my self, making almost 400hp awd converted....pretty happy with evo engine, wish i can get makinen edition in my country, we only have like 3-5 of this car down here...and the price is rocketing lol..
True, I definately think the Evos' have lost their aggressiveness factor, but they're still not too shabby in terms of performance and the new engine in the Evo X seems to respond well to tuning except for timing chain issues. Although the latest news suggest Mitsu are binning Evos for a hybrid diesel version due to emissions :'(

"SPARK", which is missing on any newer lancers or subarus (in my opinion). And at least here is way more rare to see a lancer evo 5 than the latest lancer, but when it passes-by, everyone can't stop looking at it (and I don't see much people interested in the latest one or even stopping to take pictures).

lol.. its not Tommi's evo its the Tommi Mac edition. TME 6.5 which have the same power as any other evo, from factory just with with Group N suspension setup. its a sick TME

Completely agreed, there's something about the early lancers that makes them look evil and complete animals, Evo 5+6 most aggresive of the lot :)

The 5/6 definately have the aggressive look about them, they're still Evos but you want a car to be in your face :)
