- We join the North Down coastal walk here at Hellen's Bay and follow the path along the coast to Bangor. We look at the incredible beaches of Hellen's Bay and Crawfordsburn and we pass the beautiful Crawfordsburn Country Park. We finish our trip in the seaside town of Bangor, arriving first of all at the Pickie Fun Park and then walking on to the Bangor Marina.
A lot of work goes into these videos. You can now buy me a pint as a means of appreciation for my work on Naked Ireland, no obligation, obviously - only if you can afford it... I appreciate it. Cheers.

Oh please do feel free to share the video Emily. I’m glad it’s of use to you. Check out some of my other Naked Ireland films too, I’m sure they’ll give you some great ideas for day trips or even further travel within Ireland. Get in touch if you need any advice and I’ll try and help.
Breathtaking...In 1966 We got the Train from Belfast went to the beach it had Jelly Fish scattered on it.For a child of 9 years old it was the most beautiful place forever etched on my mind. One place I need to revisit. My Dad and his siblings used to walk there from Bryson St.
It’s a beautiful place, and yes, you should come back.
Lovely video thanks. The coastal path is beautiful 😊
Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it.
As a kid I walked and cycled this coast dozens of times. I was enchanted with it, and once 'discovered' the waterfalls in Crawfordsburn way before it was a country park. It was just me and the falls. I live in New Zealand now but the North Down coast is a big part of me.
I hope you get a chance to come back and visit the coast line once in a while Tom? Thanks for watching.
Great video. Deserves more views.
Ah thanks Dirghayu, do feel free to share it with anyone you feel might have an interest.

Do you know if it is possible to ride my mobility scooter from Bangor to Holywood, or are there portions of the pathway unsuitable. i.e. steps.
Yes I think the path is a bit rough going and twisted in places - it’s probably not suitable, though you could probably do most of it if not all.
