Thanks for this! I used to be a web designer back in the day for Fossil, inc. I left to pursue my fine art career and after having my website on Squarespace the past ten years, I'm deciding I'd like to start a side gig helping other emerging artists get a professional presence up online too. Your content is really helpful!
I'm glad I stumbled across your channel, you have a lot of great information to offer. After making a website for my portfolio and a site promoting my video editing hustle, I've been wondering if making sites for for others using Squarespace was even a possibility. I live in San Francisco and am definitely looking for a way to make extra income and eventually leave my day job to focus on my greater mission in life. Hopefully I can summon the courage and energy to put myself out there as a Squarespace designer. Thanks for sharing your experience and wisdom.

Question: how do you switch the payment for the site from your account to the customers' account if the whole process takes more than 2 weeks (the free trial)? Or should you charge for the whole year and pay out yourself? Great video btw
Just made a video on this that will go live in a few weeks. Basically, I would try and become a squarespace circle member asap. You need three paid websites on your account. Once you become a circle member you get a six month trial. Email me if you want me to create a starter site for you with a six month trial hello@spacebaragency.com
