Building a giant open pit mine right next to the ocean, what could go wrong?
At first I thought it was an isolated pit mine with water at the bottom. Then I see the ocean right next to it! Looks like seepage from the ocean eventually liquified the earth between the two.

Yes, as the water starts flowing over, more rocks begin to slide off, making the water fall bigger... I think

I think that's sea or some lake level. Camera operator is under that level, he should run away.

The sea is from straits of Malacca. Pantai Remis is in the state of Perak, Peninsular Malaysia.
