Yes it works, there is no specific limit for web pages, you can have unlimited pages. You can also have Contact Form with Google Form for CloudFlare Page WP site
CloudFlare pages is free. And it is not possible to access through wp-admin directly, but you can access or edit your website through local host as I have shown in the video.
If you change anything on your site Locally, you will have to generate new static file and then upload that new file to your cloudflare page in order to reflect your changes on your site.

Just tried it and yes for new blog posts you have to keep doing the process over again
