Our best player was 5 for 14!! Wtf are we really talking bout?? This whole panel has chosen to ignore Tatum shot selection for the past couple weeks, and single out a couple of Jaylen mistakes as if he’s the only one who made the game close or cost the game, there’s 4 quarters in this game but we only seem to care about the last 5 minutes when if our best player actually came out as aggressive as he should’ve been from the beginning of the game, the game might wouldn’t have been close in the first place.

@ no they didn’t. They doubled off jrue leaving Jrue open but once again it wasn’t that they were intentionally doubling JB cuz nobody does that not with JT on his team. Memphis doubled whomever was driving to the basket while leaving Jrue open

Tired of bobby always blaming Brown. Just say you hate him at this point my man. He was having a solid game. Tatum was uninvolved offensively and shot very poorly. Joe didnt draw up the right plays to close the game

7:30 Yea Amen and Brooks had great games and Tatum and Brown didn’t play their best however Sengun who could very well be an all star and Jalen didn’t have great games along with not having Jabari Smith Jr. or Cam Whitmore. Rockets won straight up they are an extremely good team this wasn’t luck because of some guys playing great or because of injuries stop it
Sengun never played great against us neither does Jabari he wouldn’t even have his starting role anymore and brooks made 10 3s be so fucking fr 😂

Honestly, i hope they trade brown, so this ungrateful fanbase cries about it later. Why should i be shocked tho since they boo'd jaylen brown when he was selected in the draft. He showed up for all of the playoffs except game 7 vs the Heat, but i guess that's not enough. Last years playoffs, he looked top 5 in the league, gaurding the other best player and scoring while doing it. You all have to trust that he will get it together by the playoffs. Since when has boston fans panicked in the regular season. I trust Brown to show up in the playoffs over anyone on the celtics. At least he drives to the rim. Bunch of cry babies in the chat tryna blame brown instead the bad coaching and style that the rest of the league caught up to.

The plays were still being ran by Tatum, with exception for a few plays that Jaylen had. we really talking about Jaylen while Tatum was just as bad

@@callico4044 if Tatum passed it for the person to shoot the ball and they miss it’s just a miss nobody hijacked the fuckin offense, JB had some mismatches with Green that he took advantage of and then some spot up shots that he just missed, but if we talking about missed shots what was Tatum doing going 5 for 14?? Jaylen needs to sit out the rest of the year or something so yall can get it through your heads you need a player like Jaylen. This team would be an ECF team at best without him and that’s if players have some of the best series of their lives. I can't say that I watch many games that aren't the Celtics, so I 'm not sure how common it is to constantly leave players wide open for SO long even after they get hot because of the "numbers/scouting report". But when teams prepare to play the Celtics and understand this strategy, won't that give players EXTRA confidence coming in KNOWING they will be WIDE open?

Lets's face it: Tatum needs to start shooting better than 40/30/80. Against good defenders the last couple months, he's struggling to free himself without a ball screen, and he's only really "cooking" against mismatches or poor defenses.

Trading a star isnt the answer here. This is a coach issue to lose. As soon as I saw kornet slow two left feet self out there I knew we lost. Mazzula is slow asf. I dont care if kristaps is foul trouble get him in. If not him use springer who can play defence only maybe use a guy like that with 4 seconds left defensive possession hmm. Bad coaching blunder.
The second issue with kornet is he wasnt gaurding the inbounder or the paint so we have a useless big body out there that half committed to their leading scorer Amen and when he realized half a second into it that he couldn’t he threw jaylen under the bus and told him to save him, jaylen got crossed not surprised he didnt even have his feet set at all for him.
Why was Jrue gaurding sengun instead of Amen, green, or brooks is insane.
This is a championship level team. Last year we won. Teams adjusted their schemes against us. Mazzula cant even pick the right guys to be on the court and what positions to put them in with 4 seconds left. Alot of these close losses are due to coaching and mental issues
On a side note I love that Mazzula noticed this is fully on his coaching blunder in the end. I have confidence he is smart enough to figure this out by playoffs.

Why did we close this game with Luke and not KP? I did not watch. I am actually curious. KP is obviously the better player on both sides. Did he foul out?
I was at the game first one of the season I was able to go to. We didn’t lose the game entirely cause of Joe/coaching but it was a big factor for sure. Out of timeout 5 seconds left and we had 6 guys on the floor and Joe had to yell at Porzingis last second to come off. Just a few seconds later he’s telling Jaylen and Kornet to switch as the ball is about to get inbounded and they both look over and frantically switch but at that point the ball was inbounded and brown was already out of position to defend. Not sure if you could see that on TV but it was bad on mazzula. How are these mistakes and miscommunications happening from our head coach in crunch time out of a timeout???
Tillman and QUETA has been on paper probably the worst lineup we have. Those guys both are barely even in the rotation. What would make Joe put both of them on the floor at once. And I am a huge NEEMY fan but Tillman is offering us nothing.

Walsh should have been getting more minutes all season to be ready for situations like this. He is the best option we have off the bench as a wing. He needs to get in there more. I don’t care if he makes a mistake and we lose he needs to be ready and Joe is giving these deeper bench guys no-confidence. We play plenty of garbage teams that would provide our deeper bench minutes, but Joey refuses to play. Even against the worst of the worst so I don’t know how he ever expects them to get better without real game minutes. That is my greatest problem with Joe Because either next year or the year after these guys are going to have to be in the rotation to some degree…
