In fact Alton Brown even considered one of Chef Grueneburg's dishes a "Pasta Dish" rather than a "Lobster Dish" , while all the time praising Chef Arrington's dishes for "Lobster" being the main ingredient of all three dishes! Does that mean Chef Grueneburg won on only TWO Lobster Dishes? My former high standard of "Culinary Esteem" for Alton Brown🤦♂️ just got "Over Cooked"! His "Presentation" lacked the "Delicacy and Sophistication" of "Fine Dining" almost to the point of being "Uncouth"! "Nice try Chef"! mea sententia 👨🍳🦂
Chef Izard is a winner of Top Chef ofcourse but she looks like one of the MasterChef US finalists too i think in season 7 but in yellow corn hair hmmmm...!
38:40 she said she's not a fan of spiny lobster but the chef before arrington used spiny lobster in her two dishes but the woman judge said nothing about her disliking spiny lobster.😑🙄
Couldn't chef Grueneberg have sliced her rabbit across, shortened the skewers so they'd fit into the pan and still hold the roulade together, so it'd basically have been lamb roulade medallions? Or would it not have held together?
Wow lost all respect for Stephanie Izard - where is her female solidarity? Plenty of the male chefs had poor dishes, but she chose to go after the only other female there!

I feel that’s uncalled for, Sarah and Nyesha had the worst feedback by far from Alton, it was a fair call.
it's a competition and she has to take out her competitors
