- "Wow! What an experience it was for us at Teresa’s Mosaic Cafe...to have the pleasure of meeting with and competing against the world famous chef Bobby Flay! When the Throwdown began, it was extremely nerve-wracking yet fulfilling and Teresa & David had to bring everything they have to the cooking table.
What fun...we were on a roller coaster ride, for sure! Thank you, Bobby Flay, for such an everlasting memory."

The best huevos rancheros I ever had were at a rundown little dinner on 395 near Bishop CA. So unexpected and so incredibly delicious! Take me back to that morning!

I was just at Teresa's Mosaic about a week ago. They have a pretty cool photo of David with Bobby Flay up on the wall. :0) Loved the food~ especially the fresh corn tortillas, but I wished they'd either add cilantro to the dishes, or at least put some on the plate. Good news is the guy working there brought me some when I asked! Yay! Loved Teresa's... Love Tucson. xoxo

Thank you so much for uploading these TV shows, I watched them in America 8 years ago, and I'm back in China now, and I'm happy to watch throughdown again and learn from it.

Nobody puts chorizo in the salsa for that dish. I have had that dish in at least a dozen Mexican restaurants. It is an inexpensive dish but bobby has to cheat.

As a novelty, Bobby’s probably tastes different enough to where it’s delicious.
That being said, nobody in their right mind is going to taste homemade tortillas and fire roasted chiles and tell you the store bought corn tortillas are better lol
I bet if they added some meat. They would of won. Theirs looked appetizing.
With all due respect the judges are full of huevos David is mr. Huevos rancheros sorry but Flay took an L that day those two judges couldn't tell their left from their right foot where did she get off by saying that adding beans was a little different she was way off go Teresa's Mosaic Cafe

Awe I was in Tucson a couple weeks ago for a convention, if I would of known of the Restaurant I would have gone.
I've made both of these dishes and Bobby's Flay's lost by far
Hell no. His looked way better.
I guess this is a case to each his own I just preferred letting my garden fresh vegetables ring through. I just thought Flays was a little overpowering

I love Bobby but convincing these people that they had new shows on the Food network and letting them tell their families and friends is too much to handle for me to watch, you can see the reality set in every time that they haven't broken through like they thought...
It’s a child my mother didn’t cook for me because she was not there very often we had a Mexican cook (I loved that lady. I was jealous of her children)fresh corn tortillas. a little bit of butter and salt. Yum. Now I make it for my grandchildren

I haven't like any of Bobbies dishes.
With the exception of Emeril, I don't care the TV network receipts.
Neither one of them made huevos rancheros. Mega fail.
